Last year I bought 2 domains for $45 total, and this year I was charged $81 total that I didn't approve!
I contacted them asking for a refund as I didn't notice autorenewal was on and I wasn't intending to renew those domains. I received no options for resolution whatsoever, they just told me that everything is fine on their end and they have no intention on working with me on finding a solution.
I also got in touch with quite a few people who had same and similar issues with refunds. Stay away from them!
Tomorrow I'm going to contact my bank and see if anything can be done on their end and next will I'll seek legal help if issue is not resolved by then.

I cannot hook my shopify website up no matter what we do. It says i will receive an authorisation code and i havent then i try to get assistance by hitting the chat with us button which does absolutely NOTHING AT ALL. I purchased from you guys because it was a better price and a big name... i then purchased from another site another address and it took 30 minutes to be active and working.
