I bought a few things including two bidet seats, one Coway, one Toto. Both came in banged up boxes but were clearly new, turned out to have all their parts, and still work great today, two years after installation. They both cost less than 1/4 the list prices.

All of the other things in my purchase were fine except one pendant light fixture that was supposed to have about 20 strings of stones hanging from it but was missing one string. Fortunately, the design is pretty irregular so it's not really noticeable. I didn't really care given what a great deal I got on the most valuable items.

Clearly, most if not all of what I bought were customer returns. Unfortunately, customers aren't always honest about things they return (like forgetting to include all the parts or packing poorly). Also, resellers like Dollarhog don't always take the time to do full inspections. I figure I'm always buying at a risk when purchasing from a seller like this. Auction houses are just as bad if not worse. But as my title says, I seem to have gotten lucky this time.

I bought an air fryer from dollar hog in the pictures that were shown and from the description the item was supposed to be basically new very clean and no wear but that was not the case after opening the box I found an air fryer with broken vents then I open one of the tray and it had food crust and grease in it upon requesting a return on ebay I was offered a partial refund which I accepted until they wanted me to cancel the return request because the couldn't send it not true as soon as I would have cancelled it I would have been stuck with a nasty broken air fryer I will be returning the item because ebay forces the to take it back and I will just go buy new from the store will not be buying from dollar hog ever again

Purchased a fan and did not work
Contacted them twice with no response and had to go through credit card company to dispute charge

Bought a mop/vacuum that was leaking, wanted to return it but they offered to pay for whatever broken parts needed replacement. I emailed them a few days later about which part needed replacement and they said they can no longer do a refund or accept a return because it is past the 30 day mark. I would have just returned it like originally planned.

Dollar hog sell items that are completely unusable and missing parts. I will NOT be shopping on this site again, and I advise others not to shop at dollar hog as well.
I purchased a ninja coffee pot that was missing the pot and the water reservoir. Who sells junk that can't be used? I wanted to shop an American owned shop. I should've known it would be a scam.
After contacting them, they indicated that the web page stated it didn't have those 2 important parts. I didn't read the page because, seriously, who sells complete trash that you can't order parts for and that can't be used? That doesn't even make sense to me.

I bought a dog stroller for my old pooch. This stroller goes for $175-$200 new on every other site. I found it for $61 on Dollarhog used and decided to take a chance. I received the package within 4 days. The stroller seems to be completely new, the package must have been initially opened, but otherwise, all the parts were there including instructions, and the stroller fantastic. I"m super happy with the purchase. My only suggestion - is that I never received an email confirmation from the web site and I was not sure if the order went through or not, and I wasn't sure how to log in and check on it. So I would suggest having an email confirmation link sent after orders are done, but otherwise - Thank you guys for a great product at a great price.

I couldn't be more pleased with the dollhouse I just bought. Currently selling on Amazon for $199, I got it for $35.08 AND FREE SHIPPING! It looks brand new with all the parts still in sealed bags and decals still on the sheet. Why it was described as "pre-owned" and not "open box" is beyond me. This was never used, and I am delighted. This site is legit! Shipping was extremely speedy as well. No negatives.

I ordered an Aerogarden for approximately half price. The unit arrived missing the seeds, domes, and baskets. Necessary items for sure but replaceable.

Assembled the item, but the LED light did not work at all. Of course, a rather essential component. The unit apparently was made in 2019 so past warranty, thus Aerogarden would not support. I suspect it might be a counterfeit Aerogarden.

I tried contacting DollarHog by responding to emails, by phone (goes right to voicemail every time) and through the customer service portal on the website (automated email responses only).

Their return policy is a merchandise credit only which obviously is unacceptable. Moreover, I suspect that if I return the unit (on my dime no doubt), they will just turn around and sell it again to another idiot like me.

Therefore, I decided to dispute the charge with Chase. Live and learn.

I bought a rug for $55 on DollarHog, retailed at $400. I was skeptical at first, especially after reading some of the reviews here, but decided to take the chance anyway. I am so happy that I did! Not only was the rug exactly like the picture and description from the website, but I also received the item in 3 days. Will definitely be using this website more and surprised how many people don't know about it.

Purchased an item on their ebay site and received an item that does not match photos shown, as seen in photos. The top is crushed in and oven is completely bent and out of square, as seen in photo of the back end. L find it amazing they shipped this item out and the lack of communication is unacceptable.

I have made cheap to expensive purchases on this site. All of my purchases were very accurately described including any known flaws in appearance and workmanship after testing by them. I also returned two items I did not want after receiving them, and I found customer service to be very helpful and accommodating. I received refunds exactly as the website posted without a problem. I frequently check the site for items I'd like to purchase to see if they have what I want before I pay full price elsewhere and will continue doing that. I recommend dollarhog without hesitation.

Every item i did buy was defected non work i have to return all my purchase from there customer service pain

I've purchased shoulder and foot massagers from Dollar Hog years ago, and more recently a counter top convection oven, a wireless keyboard for my iPad and wireless skull candy earbuds. I read the descriptions thoroughly prior to purchase. I knew my Skull Candy earbuds were dirty and would need to be cleaned- the scuffs were actually just dust too, so they came off. I knew they'd come with no charger, so I just use the one that came with the keyboard to charge them both. I also knew my oven was unused but had dents. I tested it and it works well. I'm going to buy an oven thermometer to make sure it heats up appropriately, but if it's not precise it's like a manufacturer problem. We don't use the shoulder massager much, but we still use the foot massager, years later! I personally will continue purchasing through dollarhog as long as their descriptions remain faithful to the actual product, and their prices remain as good as they are.

Have ordered several items always arriving in a timely matter, packages have arrived as stated when purchased.

I HAVE ORDER SEVERAL ITEMS FROM DOLLAR HOG, FAST SERVICE AND EVER THING I RECEIVED WAS AS THEY LISTED, IT ALL WORKED, BETTER THAN KNEW, I SEE A LOT OF DISSATISIFED CUSTOMERS HERE, SAYING THEY CAN NOT GET SERVICE AFTER THEY BUY AN ITEM, I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM, FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND THIS IS AN AMAZON SURPLUS RETURN ITEM STORE, WHEN I PAY, I USE AMAZON PAY, FIGURE IF I GOT BURNED I WOULD DALL AMAZON AND COMPLAIN, SO FAR, I HAVE BEEN SATISIFED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEIR WEB SITE MOST ASSURED COULD BE BETTER, WHO EVER RUNNING IT SEEMS TO LACK THE DECORE TO MAKE IT A SITE YOU ENJOY VISITING, YOUR BUYING RETURNED ITEMS, SO YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET, DONT EXPECT BRAND NEW ITEM, IT WAS RETURNED FOR SOME REASON.
