Setting up my website with Dollar2host was a breeze. Their user-friendly control panel made it easy to manage various aspects of my website, including domains, databases, and email accounts. The one-click installer for popular content management systems like WordPress and Joomla further simplified the process.

They ended my service by saying that if I don't take my backups and delete the files by the date they set on the pretext of taking up too much space, they will end my service. Then, when I asked the reason, they thought that I was using the site for storage purposes, so I had to delete it because there was too much data, etc. they wrote. They stopped my service even though I said that I bought the current service without paying the price and that I could use the content however I wanted. Then I asked why I had just paid for the service and why they did not give this information before renewing the service. They did not give any answer. Since you are terminating my service, refund my payment and then I wrote them to terminate it. In this way, after a few messages, they said in their last message that the refund will take place in 7-10 days, but more than 30 days have passed and still no refund has come. After 10 days or even 10 working days they said, they do not respond to any of my messages on the subject and still the refund they promised has not come to my account. If you buy from this company, you may be a victim.

Horrible service their servers hacked not secure from their side servers down a lot even though you pay extra for privacy you don't get it, you pay for hosting renewal on time they suspend the service for non payment I could go on but simply Do Not bother find another Reliable non scamming genuine host. Stay away...
I hosted my first website for 8 months at them(shared hosting plan), and until I wasn't about to host my second website too, everything worked merely ok, with some fatal server memory, and connection issues, yet it passed hopefully... But when I started to host my second domain too, all had become from bad to worse and worst! Registration of domain at them works awesomely awful and slow, continuing with the connection issues that got just unbelievably irritating and bothering. After some attempts of using their live chat support, I'd rennounced, they always telling me "submit a support ticket"... So in a period of 6 months I filed a total of 15 tickets, with no resolving really by their part(I'd resolved all by myself, how I could)... I'd argued with my ISP too because of them...
Ok, finally when I thought all came in place hardly, I received the final "hit package" that lasted till the end of me there! With their hosting server htaccess and awesome bad security included on those other experiences of mine listed above!
And when I reviewed the testimonials of their other customers too, I was just sadly amazed wondering how can it be? They're all very right and every review described me a "bit" lot!
So take care with the hosting decisions you choose! I chose them sincerelly after finding them on search engine, because of their unlimited space hosting and unlimited domains that came in relation with their yearly price, but I'VE LEARNT MY LESSON DEFINITELY in 14 months with them! They're technically simply down!
Dollar2host.com is a scam / fraud team read reviews complaints advices.
They are selling cheap hosting but not providing services. No refund you receive.
Also they steal your cpanel + domain email accounts passwords where you created. They try to steal your webmaster / PAYPAL etc accounts because mostly webmaster uses same passwords and they sends you HACKER emails from anonymous email adresses and they request BITCOIN transfer to give accounts ( Webmaster, paypal etc) back... Never buy hosting from this scams. You will lose your data and money

Down far too often, service response painfully slow. My web site and control panel are currently inaccessible (again), nobody in 'service' department appears to be working right now (again). In process of uploading sites to another host company. Go somewhere else; D2H is just not dependable.

Dollar2host is very very bad. I have paid my domain "aluwoodman.com" renew chargers before 9 days of it expire but they didn't renew my domain and it expired. I request refund my money. They are remove my ticket and not response.
Any one not get they are service and if you current customer on this. Please move to another good hosting service.
Two much bad experience. In just one month. No one should go with this host.
I bought their re-saler hosting plan and stuck it out with them for about a year. HORRIBLE. Site would go down monthly and sometimes weekly. Support was little to no help and rude. I lost clients because of their downtime. Stay away I wouldn't even recommend them to spammers although they seem to have the worst security as a couple of times they just deleted my sites and I would find gaming sites in their place.
I have never been find someone worst then dollar2host. They have no security in their server. Also the downtime is too high. I have a very Bad experience with them. And will never EVER recommend to anyone. I quite! But because of them lost some very Potential Clients.
Total crap hosting company. So many issues and sites are up for maybe day, down for hours, rinse and repeat.

In spite of I read many negative reviews / scam warning about www.dollar2host.com I bought a shared hosting package which cost 20 EUR yearly.
It was really bad service, server is always down, a lot configuration problem
Finallly they shoot down my webs because of a lot of CPU comsuming,
They claimed that software which I use in my web pages are causing this high CPU usage.
But when I speak with OSCLASS engeneers they told me that this is occuring from hosting company side. OSCLASS adviced me to change hosting company

Customer support is virtually non existent.
