Down far too often, service response painfully slow. My web site and control panel are currently inaccessible (again), nobody in 'service' department appears to be working right now (again). In process of uploading sites to another host company. Go somewhere else; D2H is just not dependable.

Dollar2host is very very bad. I have paid my domain "aluwoodman.com" renew chargers before 9 days of it expire but they didn't renew my domain and it expired. I request refund my money. They are remove my ticket and not response.
Any one not get they are service and if you current customer on this. Please move to another good hosting service.

They are selling cheap hosting but not providing services. No refund you receive.
Also they steal your cpanel + domain email accounts passwords where you created. They try to steal your webmaster / PAYPAL etc accounts because mostly webmaster uses same passwords and they sends you HACKER emails from anonymous email adresses and they request BITCOIN transfer to give accounts ( Webmaster, paypal etc) back... Never buy hosting from this scams. You will lose your data and money

Terrible. Ok until the 30 days money back guarantee has passed, then the server seems to be down more than up. No notifications of it going down at all. Did not get money back, but glad to be away from them. Awful!
Points are:
- late in registration, and account setup took more than 48 hours.
- applications are not working.
- file manager not working probably.
- Help and video tutorial are old and not updated.
And the most frustrated thing is:
- online support. Asked me whats you domain name, and they never come back!

Almost 10 months using their "so-called" service. 3 times, my site has been unreachable, first time, about a day until it got fixed, after I found out, second time about 2 days, now, it's been 3 days... and counting... According to their service level agreement, after 45 minutes, they should give you a refund... well forget about that as well, I've asked the second time, and the person told me I was after the 45 days...
I've hosted my first client there, now my second one is hosted elsewhere, I've lost enough with them, I certainly don't want loosing another client because of the bad quality of service they are getting from the hosting company.
They are innexpensive, but you get what you paid for... maybe a bit less...
This is the worst web host I've ever used, and I've tried many.
Customer support is virtually non existent.
When they do respond to your issues, the answers are ridiculous and do not address the problems.
If you want a web host that will give you more frustrations than you can imagine, use this host. They're terrible.
