Hello, I'm programer of website from Portugal, and sorry if my English is not perfect. I see some review before to buy 1 year, I find +/- 50% good and bad... with this value and with the money back garanty, I try just to see.
First, the server don't past the test of the registrar. PT (dns.pt/en/technical-reviewer), after 2 days, I try to have refund, impossible, past 1 week and many tickets request for refund, I have alternative solution (need to know programation and the registrar autorize this), but no money back.
Now, I wait to the end of the year to finish the contract. I use this host just to prepar and test some website...
After 8 months, I have 3 times with big problems with the internal configuration of the server... (time not configured, or other like that) make BIG errors on the website. I know, the probleme is not the website, because on other server, everything work fine. You need to wait 4 to 9 days to the internal probleme is resolved and everything back to work fine.
Sometimes, I send files via FTP, and I have error with the info, the disk are full... what? For the moment i use only 400MB and the disk is full?
Dollar2host are good to lost money, just this...
Its a fake hosting mafia site. Never host with doller2host. Doller 2 host never refund you money back. Oh god plase close the doller2host.com
