I always purchase the things from them but this time I'm so disappointed bcoz of their courier service.on the first day I waited him till 5pm to call me but he called me around 7pm I was in work.he sent me message in whatsapp confirming that he have my parcel.photo below is out Convo.it means we as a client or customer cannot demand for the timing of the delivery of our parcel.we have to depend on the courier availability?and take bote I inform him the day before the 2nd day he suppose to deliver it...

From 7 items I bought, maybe 1 could be used. Very poor quality, photos on website is not matching with reality, colors are totally different. Was requested blouse size S and received XXL. There is no any chance to return the product. As per policy of the company its not acceptable, if you purchase items from sale or promotion. Even you can't return the item if size doesn't fit you. But it's not fault of the customer that you are cheaters. Never ever deal with this website.

Firstly Order I placed all was showing in stock, Once Payment is done next day received a Call that one item is out of stock so they will make a refund on it. Instead of getting compensated on this they charged and deducted more amount from the amount I paid. Worst customer Service, Worst shopping experience.

I order iphone cover with other items, the quality was very poor. When i request for refund or return, they called n asked 10 aed courier charge customer will pay to return for any items… wat rubish policy is that..

Purchased a DIY product from them, it delivers after two days, unfortunately the item was damage. The Fluid which is the most important thing to fix the broken glass was EMPTY. I called them about the issue and they said that they will collect the product but the money you paid for will go to your e-wallet which means the only choice you have is to use that to order to them again! Stupid policy. The collection of the item still not being collected and it is two weeks that the item was sitting here waiting for them the collection. I had to call them again and saying that tomorrow it will be collected. Good thing that i didn't spend too much money for here. I recommend to you guys to buy item from Amazon or Noon instead of this website. Don't waste your money here!

I have ordered 2 times, first time i hv to returned as they sent me wrong size, i have commented that in their app but no one has replied me or care about it, second time ordered also same small size and thread were out from one of the dress, i complained to customer service guy named Hajra but he refused to say and give any details on my matter, A big zero customer service, No manager or customer service person will call u even if you are upset with their shopping, zero satisfaction always. Then they are charging for return policy also. Cloths fabric is like used one. I am regretting by shopping on this site

After ordering someone used my card and I think it is a hacker. Shame really to steel from people! Kindly be aware and don't put your bank card details

My daughter placed an order by mistake yesterday night.
I immediately sent a WhatsApp mgs *******200) and requested them to cancel the order.
Today morning they sent me a mgs. That they will cancel my order and inform me in sms.
It did not take even 24 hours. My order was canceled and got a sms.
Whoever handles whats app... communicated well.

I have a bad experience with this website I was purchased 5 items all item's quality are cheap and 3rd class don't trust on this website and he doesn't have a return and refund policy

I order for the first time, mentioned my address clearly on bill, the driver had to keep calling me while i was in a meeting, he went in different area! Secondly, i order around 5 items, the bag was too small compare to the picture shown on the web! The sports shoes the quality was disgusting! I called again and placed my complain but not certified with ur service, how ever, i appreciate the store credit amount, 33.60 aed, i placed another order and i am willing to pay 7 aed which is extra to the credited. But am tired of many calls asking me to pay delivery fee and plus 8 fee which i don't understand. In the first place if u had what we expected, we wouldn't bother... please sort this issue and don't call me for the same song. I have many things to do not answering calls from u. U have my order already expected delivery by day after tomorrow.

So far so good. Love their packaging, fast delivery and dresses are all cute, and well fitted to me, i like the ribbon sandals so much people noticed that its cute and unique. I had the red one and im getting another one but diff color. All dresses are so cool and yes it might be cheap compare to other online shop but i think they have nice designs, and I am satisfied so far and i just placed more items today. I hope they give us some complimentary or free items if its above 300aed. I recommended this online shop to my friends because they all noticed that I wear nice OOTD, office and outside :) I guess people who made bad comments here do not checked the sizes very carefully before ordering, because before i confirmed all my order I used tape measure not to have conflicts and check every pictures if its ok or not, this is the great way of checking and ordering online as I cant see how it really looks like in person so be a smart buyer I would say. However no matter how cheap, low quality, nice or branded and expensive we all are wearing, its not about the price but its all about how you wear and carry them through your real personality. Thank you DodUAE. Im lovin; it! I hope I wont get disappointed for my next purchased lol coz i spent more than 300aed and today is my 2nd time.

I ordered Silver high temperature resistant oil proof table decoration. But that is not sticking anywhere and its not heat resistant also.

When I received the items I want to return immediately very bad quality of items are damage I really don't expect that I wasted my 156 DHS for this quality of items that I received. Please help me on how I can return my items as it was damage and get my money back...

Never buy anything from them they took my money damaged my feet because of a wrong size of a shoe above that all they refunded me wrong amount and charged me for return fees.

The clothes weren't the way they were in the pictures, they were very poor quality, the materials are completely different as to what they were in the picture and description, the sizes and also the colors were completely different as well, the worst i have seen thus far.
The customer service was no help!

I ordered an order on 13/10/2020 hit was delivered on 15/10/2020 from duty I payed this delivery guy but 1 item was missing yet I had already payed the delivery guy the whole amount. I realised it after opening it inside my room a short laced black inner wear was missing. I tried to email them the email failed that's why I used this option.

Ordering online is somewhat complicated when customer thought she got a good purchase & got bad one.

Today i received my order from this online shop and the quality of the product is very poor, i feel unhappy because i felt i buy a garbage things. All the item is bad not the same on the picture that they shown on their online store. I will never ever recommend this shop any of my friends this is a lesson learned for those customer like me.
