This is not a next day delivery. They do not bother to update you. Very poor service received. Ordered last week. Still haven't received it. When I follow up I am told it will come but nobody knows when. Not worth all the trouble.
Purchased a DIY product from them, it delivers after two days, unfortunately the item was damage. The Fluid which is the most important thing to fix the broken glass was EMPTY. I called them about the issue and they said that they will collect the product but the money you paid for will go to your e-wallet which means the only choice you have is to use that to order to them again! Stupid policy. The collection of the item still not being collected and it is two weeks that the item was sitting here waiting for them the collection. I had to call them again and saying that tomorrow it will be collected. Good thing that i didn't spend too much money for here. I recommend to you guys to buy item from Amazon or Noon instead of this website. Don't waste your money here!
I order iphone cover with other items, the quality was very poor. When i request for refund or return, they called n asked 10 aed courier charge customer will pay to return for any items… wat rubish policy is that..
I have ordered 2 times, first time i hv to returned as they sent me wrong size, i have commented that in their app but no one has replied me or care about it, second time ordered also same small size and thread were out from one of the dress, i complained to customer service guy named Hajra but he refused to say and give any details on my matter, A big zero customer service, No manager or customer service person will call u even if you are upset with their shopping, zero satisfaction always. Then they are charging for return policy also. Cloths fabric is like used one. I am regretting by shopping on this site
I placed an order that was delivered on time. On opening it found a roach as the waist trainer was folded. I made a video, sent to their whatsapp just to let them know so that they be more careful. This rude person told me they inspect n sterilize products before shipping... Like I am a liar... That sucks. I am trying to upload the video but there are some rules and this video was taken since yesterday. I will screenshot and upload now.
Firstly Order I placed all was showing in stock, Once Payment is done next day received a Call that one item is out of stock so they will make a refund on it. Instead of getting compensated on this they charged and deducted more amount from the amount I paid. Worst customer Service, Worst shopping experience.
First time to order online with Doduae unfortunately it's really not a good experience. Recieved an item (bag set of 3) but 1 pouch is missing called and informed the issue. They send and collect it for replacement unfortunately same issue they deliver again the item and alas! Same problem 1 pouch is missing. They could have avoided the issue if they checked the item before sending it. The only thing I can compliment is how the call service agent handle my call she is so helpful and composed during my call. Thanks to Kia for being professional and I may say that the delivery is fast. But they have to send the complete item.
The clothes weren't the way they were in the pictures, they were very poor quality, the materials are completely different as to what they were in the picture and description, the sizes and also the colors were completely different as well, the worst i have seen thus far.

From 7 items I bought, maybe 1 could be used. Very poor quality, photos on website is not matching with reality, colors are totally different. Was requested blouse size S and received XXL. There is no any chance to return the product. As per policy of the company its not acceptable, if you purchase items from sale or promotion. Even you can't return the item if size doesn't fit you. But it's not fault of the customer that you are cheaters. Never ever deal with this website.
After ordering someone used my card and I think it is a hacker. Shame really to steel from people! Kindly be aware and don't put your bank card details
I always purchase the things from them but this time I'm so disappointed bcoz of their courier service.on the first day I waited him till 5pm to call me but he called me around 7pm I was in work.he sent me message in whatsapp confirming that he have my parcel.photo below is out Convo.it means we as a client or customer cannot demand for the timing of the delivery of our parcel.we have to depend on the courier availability?and take bote I inform him the day before the 2nd day he suppose to deliver it...
Very bad experience products are not matching photos very poor quality and they r sneaky, they don't want to refund money be aware when dealing with them
Unfortunately, the customer service the worst I have met, same as goods quality. Noone replies for my complaint and they are ignoring my messages. Never ever will use your online store and will not recommend to no one.
I ordered an order on 13/10/2020 hit was delivered on 15/10/2020 from duty I payed this delivery guy but 1 item was missing yet I had already payed the delivery guy the whole amount. I realised it after opening it inside my room a short laced black inner wear was missing. I tried to email them the email failed that's why I used this option.
From delivery to return of items i had very bad experience, product looks good on photo but once you got it never been same, my colleague have the same experience. Not going to order to them anymore. If i can give a zero i would have given.
Ordered 2 set of bags, they turned out to be of a real cheap material n 1 of the items were of a different colour. Sad part if I need to send the mismatched set for replacement I ll have to pay for the courier making it more expensive for me... Would never recommend this site to anyone nor will I ever order from here again..

I bought couple of dresses from them and one of the dress are has damage. When I am asking for a refund the customer representatives are so rude and told me that he does not care. I cannot believe I will experience this. I am so frustrated. Please do not became a victim also of this store

This is first time I ordered something on DOD and as soon as I ordered a person from DOD called to confirm my address and I was told I would received it in 2 working days. I already paid by card. The fact that they are playing this blame game by keeping the customer in dark or by lying to the customer makes me feel like there can be chances that this is a big scam. I have been told that I will receive it tomorrow (5.Nov. 2018) hopefully I do.
The clothes that i ordered from their website are not the ones i got. They looked very cheap & low quality. I returned them & as per their policy they cannot refund the money. It's stored in your wallet. I re-ordered some more items but the quality wasn't good at all. The delivery guy was also quite rude. Anyways i tried to deactivate my account but there are no options to do that. They also do not have a product review. Guess i am stuck with that account for now. However if you need cheap clothes with bad quality then DOD UAE is for you. Hugely disappointed. Sadly:-(
