I went through Dr Sim to top up a sim I purchased in France. I topped up £20 because I had travelled to England and they didn't tell me until after the purchase was finalised that that sim was only good for France. When I asked for a refund they said sorry once the purchase has gone through you can't be refunded. Ha and their motto is Trust Us. Yes right. Thanks for nothing mongrels.

These chips DO NOT WORK, MORE Scammers, I am tech savvy and they are liars, if it was specific to my IMEI, and they have my phone model and info of carrier then how in the world do they send a sim with 10 different instructions, then ask to change iccid 90 times nothing changes, No sim Supported, then say use android device! Like idiots the iccid is what you sent, if there's another setting make a video scamming a Holes

I shall put my hand up as another doctors sim sucker. They took my money, gave me a fake story about the number not being available but somehow, if I pay them MORE money, then somehow they WILL be able to unlock. Needless to say, I declined their oh so kind offer. Then I got a "refund" to their website for future use - which I am of course never going to use.

To clarify the fact before other users we comment here how we work. DoctorSIM services are exposed on the web without cheating: price, delivery time, requirements... all. In the cases in which for the same product (for example, unlocking iPhone 7 from AT $ T) has several services, we detail it point by point.

If the standard service, for example, does not work, we offer alternatives:
- We offer the client the option of paying the extra that the premium service supposes.
- We offer the refund: which can be in credit to spend in doctorSIM or to the original payment method (it is the client, and not doctorSIM, who chooses where they want their money back: if by mistake a client chooses credits we can undo that choice and send the refund to the original payment method).

That a service cannot be completed for the most economical service does not benefit us: no one guarantees that the client will not choose his refund... however, if it had been possible to complete the service for the economic version: we would have that sale in our pocket, risk-free.

AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS.

I have done two tops ups with them.
- first top up was 7gb of data for TELKOMSEL. This top up run up quite quickly and I thought that it was incorrect, but I was not 100% sure so as I run out of my data I proceeded for a second top up.

- second top up: I decided to buy a bigger package, 19gb, as I needed the data and I did not want to run out of data when I needed. As I had suspicions from the first top up that something went wrong, I decided to keep track of my usage, and as soon as my top up was added I restarted my data statistics on my phone to be sure of the data that I was to consume with this top up.

After 4gb were used, I received a message from the provider warning me that I had 500mb remaining. I proceeded to contact doctorsim customer support with all the evidence that I had: screenshots with the top up information, my data usage and the messages from the provider where you could clearly see that I was right. After asking for them to fix it, or give me a refund or a new top up, they ignored my requests and said that I had to contact the provider myself neglecting their customer and leaving me completely unattended after taking my money. I'm still waiting for a satisfactory resolution.

If you value your money and your time: DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR SERVICES.

This company is a SCAM, DO NOT USE THEM! I should have went with another company. When I ordered it said 0-15 days, now they are saying business days which is 3 weeks. Ive never had an unlock take that long. Then, they offered a partial refund of $10 but the refund never came. They send emails saying they are "close" and my unlock request was processed "successfully" but I'm still waiting and no partial refund.

All they've done so far is take my money, offered a very partial refund, and not provided a service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM. MY SAME COMAPLAINT HAS HAPPENED TO MANY OTHERS. I THOUGHT I'D BE DIFFERENT (THAT WAS A LIE) AND WAS DESPERATE. IT'S NOT WORTH IT.

Do not use, total scam, charge up front and then look for more payment yet never unlock your phone, expensive and useless and use small print to tell you your money is gone. Stay away from them.

Paid upfront for my phone to be unlocked several days ago. No delivery of service - phone remains locked. Response via email support has been poor and sporadic too.

Didn't want for it to get to this but I've run out of options with a lack of response from DoctorSIM. Promises on their website:

1. Instructions delivered fast, but they don't work. Customer service (which is claimed to be first-class on their wbesite) is abysmal. Existent, but abysmal.

2. "100% reliable! In the rare event your LG cannot be unlocked for any reason under doctorSIM's responsibility, we will issue you a full refund."
- Don't believe this. Nothing can be farther from the truth - when pushed for an answer on why there has been a failure of delivery of service, you get silence.

I believe that this site is a scam. I paid $44.95 to unlock my S7 phone on 6. 05. 2020. After 24hrs when I didn't get an unlock code from DSim I contrequested remote access to my PC to unlock my ph. CRAZY! Who trusts a site that stated nothing about remote access to your personal computer (RED FLAG) in their ads to assist you in unlocking your phone. If someone doesn't know their network and you need remote access to a Pc to unlock the phone say it upfront so customers could decide whether or not to purchase the service or not. I want a full refund. Public Be Warned. SCAM ALERT... I am a legitimate customer and have the emails and request number to prove. In covidn19 times EVERY CENT matters. Don't steal people money.

Samsung unlocking is usually 100% code based on our site, especially if you know your operator and network, and has a FULL REFUND guaranteed if not possible.

Only in select cases when you don't know your network, and a CODE is not available, do we offer remote tech assistance. This is clearly stated in our site as a standalone service (which you ordered) if any body needs it, but usually is only a fallback for when code unlock is not available.
