As you've seen with multiple reviews of you get a faulty part you are on you own. Received a new LCD for my clients iPad 9.7" and installed without issue. After about 5 minutes the screen turns into nothing but white lines. Contact them with a picture of the fault and a request for exchange. They tell me as long as there is no damage they will exchange. Paid for shipping back only to have my claim denied for the exact reason I was exchanging in the first place. Terrible service, why ask me to ship the part back if you have no intention of returning faulty parts. Been fixing phones for over 10 years, I've never a faulty part or terrible service until now.
Sold me a replacement for my apple watch series 3. The touch screen stopped working after 10 days. I removed the screen for RMA, and one of the low quality connector ports damaged when removing the screen from my watch. If the product had not been a lemon then it never would have had to been removed. Because of the damage of the connector they refuse to refund me the purchase price and now I have no hardware which i spent money on. This company is a joke. The customer service of this company is garbage, and I would never buy from them again. Buyer beware go somewhere else.
