I regularly repair phones so I ordered a iPhone x screen and paid extra shipping to expedite it. It arrived defective and after paying on my own dime to ship it back they refuse to accept the return or refund it at all. As soon as it arrived, I began the same installation process I have done many times before and as soon as I was finished with that careful painstaking process, I turned on the phone to test it. Immediately it turned on, but proceed to face into the typical streaked lines of a defective LCD. I repair screens on a regular basis and was careful to follow all precautions to ensure the quality of the job. I contacted the company and sent a bunch of pictures and explained in detail the problem and why I believed it was defective. That was the first time ever I had gotten that result, out of many screens I've replaced. I was about to switch to then as my main supplier... Not any more. If they won't stand behind their product, they are not work me investing any more that the $70 I've already lost on them in the process to no avail.
