Buyer beware
October 21, 2017

Bought a battery from them and it arrived damaged. Shipping box was fine, it was obviously sent out from the shipper damaged. We were denied an exchange because the damage was too obvious?!? They claimed it would have never made it through they extensive quality inspection so it couldn't have possibly shipped out that way and suggested we file a claim with the post office. This company is a joke. They are shady and don't stand behind their products. Take your business elsewhere, it's better to pay a few dollars more and get a quality part than to get a damaged product that they refuse to exchange or repair. I own a repair business and buy A LOT of parts, but will never buy another one from diymobilerepair.

I used the live chat to ask if an LCD screen was included in the package that I bought. They said yes it is included. I got it and there wasn't one. I sent it back for a return and got an email saying I'm only getting back half of what I did. The emails they sent me have typos and they aren't helpful at all. Rude, unjustifying, horrible company.

Purchased a screen from them and it did not work. Contacted them several times through chat and email with no resolution. Had to dispute the charge through paypal and return the product to them at my cost just to be refunded. Now I'm out the shipping cost to them plus I had to buy a working screen from another company to finish my repair. Lesson Learned.

First off, when I was trying to receive help over chat, in the middle of our chat, because it was ONE MINUTE after service hours, I was denied any more service. Also, I ordered a set of very very tiny screws. Clearly cardboard boxes are not fully sealed. They were folded in (not even taped up) bubble wrap. So when I lifted it all the very tiny screws fell into my carpet. It wasn't even properly contained, who's to say screws didn't slip through the cracks of the box during delivery? I was denied a refund because I couldn't return it in 100% condition. But how the $#*! would I do that if I didn't even receive it that way? Not to mention the quality of their touch screens are trash. $#*! this place.

Purchased an iPhone 6 Ultra premium LCD screen from them, installation went well but in 4 days screen started flashing and in a week it went black. Only contact option is via e-mail, asked for refund and CSR requested to send the screen back (Refused to provide return label) and said that only after "inspection" would they refund me my money back! The worst experience ever! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM EVER!

I purchased a new front panel for my iPhone 6. Went through the process of replacing it and the part was defective. I had to send back the defective part at my cost and the whole process ended up being not worth it. I wish I would've read the reviews first.

I bought a replacement screen for my Iphone 6 plus and the digitizer doesent work so I cant get into the phone. I ended up waiting to long so guess what I'm screwed on the 46.48 that I spent to buy this screen that doesnt work. I bought it 4/5/2017. Dont waste your time or money.

Ordered a Iphone 6 screen repair kit. Screen worked for about a week and then it glitched out and has lines all down right side of the phone screen. They dont provide a telephone number for themselves they make you email them ONLY. They say they have a 30 day return period but dont honor it and also I found a phone number ON THEIR website and the rep that called me back after i opened a chat window on their help page and demanded to be called said that they dont HAVE a number on their website well if they dont have number on their website how did i find it? Their the worst company DO NOT ORDER THEIR CHEAP PARTS probably recycled. And DO NOT EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER service they are the worst by far. STICK WITH AMAZON PRIME!

Bad customer service

Package was left at front door. I never receive my package. And file a claim through the sender and contact diy mobile. And they said there was nothing can do about a package I paid for. So in so many words they screw me for my money. And I never got my parts. They suck

Ordered a replacement camera for my phone. Process was easy enough. When installed the phone had issues with the camera and wouldn't focus so I contacted the Diymobilerepair customer service team. They were nice enough and suggested several cookie cutter fixes (phone reset, phone wipe, ensure camera is seated, etc.) that had no effect on my problem. The problem I found was that the camera had the top corner smashed either during shipping or before. Couldn't see the issue with the protector over it. Diymobilerepairs company policy is "to not issue return shipping labels" even when the issue is not within the customers control. For the cost of shipping I opted just to find another company to do business with and will continue to do so in the future. One star for poor business policies, 2 stars because they tried to be helpful in a timely manner.
