My order was shipped the same day and I received it about 4 days after. Shopping was no hassle and I would shop again if I have to.
Ordered a replacement screen but it was the wrong size. After a week and a half I was able to get a hold of someone to get an RMA number to return and exchange it for the correct one. Mind you it never got used and was returned in the same packaging. Filled out the paperwork for the correct screen and sent back first class. Two weeks later and no replacement screen and no communication. Emailed them about my return and a week later they refund my card AFTER taking out a "restocking fee." Save yourself a hassle from these crooks.
I was shattered when my camera stopped working because my phone is a part of me however I was able to purchase a replacement and as soon as it arrived I did the repairs.
Best to get proper service and product support by ordering from amazon. I waited a month to get an iPad Pro screen delivered to find it faulty. Then went through their return process, only to be denied replacement a month later after that. Figures I'll write a review in lieu of the process dealing with this company. Was hoping for better.
