I have assigned the chaps to write a part of a literature review for a study. I have attached the research questions for their guidance. Guess what. They sent me the work, starting with long answers to the research questions! LOL! I know it's pathetic but I also find it funny because it shows you what level these people are. I strongly believe that this is a bunch of teenagers using some kind of program to generate sentences. I am saying this because most of the sentences and paragraphs do not make any sense: incoherent! Also, no criticality; no analyzing or synthesizing of sources. Nothing. Another piece of evidence that demonstrates their obvious incompetence is that they would write something like, "one expert says... another says..." Believe it or not, this is what I experienced. I am happy to provide tangible evidence when necessary. The study I sent was about students taking classes with native speaking teachers of English.
