I was informed that the order (MBA final assignment) was assigned to the writer on the 24/12/20, I messaged the writer to confirm if they understood the instructions and asked if there are any questions. 26/12/20 I received a message from the writer stating "Please note that I am taking the day off to spend with my family on the holiday. I will review all of the information tomorrow and will get back with you then if I have any questions." Which means the writer started working on the paper on 27/12/20 and they delivered the paper on 28/12/20. The writer took one day or even 2 days to review the instructions, conduct their research and write the paper!? The assignment criteria and instructions were provided however the writer did not follow them. When I asked the writer for a revision, I tried to assist the writer by providing guidance since they seemed not to understand the instructions. However, the writer blamed it on me claiming that I was adding new information. I wasn't left with much time to argue and I requested for a refund on 29/12/20. On 04/01/21 I finally received a message from their dispute manager "Dave" asking me for to explain what went wrong in order to review and process the refund. I provided the reasons in details. 7 days later 11/01/21I received a message from Dave stating "To make a grounded decision, I am sending your order to our QA Team for a detailed review. As soon as the results of the review are in (It usually takes about 2-3 days), I will contact you with our final decision". By that time I know that they were stalling and they wouldn't refund my full amount and i was right! On 14/01/21 the reply came back that I only get 60% of my money stating "A full refund will not be possible because the paper includes the necessary sections, and the content provided by the writer in terms of literature analysis is relevant and can be used". How can I use a paper when it is incomplete? The refunded only 60%. I need my full amount back!

Replying to Jessica: I paid for a full paper not part of it! Hence, when you are unable to deliver the paper you should return the full amount not part of it! Give me back my money!
