Why do the phone numbers listed on the website not work?

Hello Andrea,
We apologize for this issue.

We had an issue with our mobile service provider who has since terminated our service rendering our traditional line unreachable. We are, however, still available on call. Please, reach us on +19143133454.

Phone numbers have been working for me except for the month of January when I was told there an issue with the service provider. The numbers are now working
