They failed to give the essay by the date I had provided, they weren't able to write in academically manner and didn't bother to change when I brought up to their attention (multiple times!), they didn't achieve the word count and grade mark I had requested, they didn't follow up with any feedback, and most of the times they avoid answering your texts.
I've tried asking for a refund, at least partial refund, but they keep putting me on hold and say their superiors will contact me but they never do. Customer service is bad, tried emailing them, calling and even using the online chat but they always ignore.
I would give them zero starts if I could! DO NOT use them for your academic work.
