I would give 0 stars but that's not an option. They must be going out of business because they do whatever they can to suck money out of you and try to keep you paying their bill. All I can say is lousy and buyer beware. I was a customer for over 20 years, that doesn't matter to them. Constant complete dish failures for 2 months and they locked me into a yearly subscription and I only had 24 hours to decline. Bad people!

Over a year ago Dish promised me a $400
Gift card. Now they refuse to send it
Crap content. Not suited for Florida weather. Horrible customer service.
Only got a 1 because 0 is not available.
Don't let your friends try this provider.
Dishonest, dishgusting, dishturbing interruptions every time it rains.

Poor customer service
August 3, 2023

My husband had dish for nearly 16 years. We were married 3 years ago and he recently passed away. I am elderly and disabled and Dish expects me to climb a ladder and remove some "node", or get a family member to do it for me, box up all his equipment and take it to the nearest UPS. I wouldn't have dish if you paid me because of this experience.

Called Dish after being on hold with DirectTV for almost an hour. Spoke with Dish rep within four minutes and had installation next afternoon. Michael, the installer was fast, polite and concerned about our satisfaction. Great followup and service!

What is wrong with dish? I have had nothing but problems with this company. Service techs have been to my home numerous times to allegedly fix problems with our dish reception, however, nothing to date has succeeded. I only with we lived in an area where we could have a choice of another provider. Each time they come to our home they fix or add something to our service which costs more money and still doesn't fix the problem.

We used to receive the Seattle Mariners baseball games, however, they have blacked out all Mariner games now and increased the price of our service.

I don't believe there is anything Dish Network could do to appease my wife and I at this point, other than end their entire operation and eliminate the entire company.

Now I'm asked to add proof of purchase! I don't even know what that would be so, I will ignore it.

Had dish install at my home tech said he was not going in my crawl space first off! Second I asked for the dish to be put on the side of the house on the ground tech put it on my porch roof leaving about 4 inches of nail thru the porch roof! Called dish of course they will get back to you! Well they have been calling every day but I hold on and get disconnected! When I called today the first person told me that no supervisor takes calls and he is the only one I can talk to! So I called back AGAIN to be told they are having system issues and can not help me call back in 3 hours then they will see if they can help me!

It all started when my receiver started freezing up so I called Dish. I was on hold for 55 minutes never to speak to a customer service a hung up. Call back the next morning on hold 29 minutes neighbor spoke to customer service finally two days later, call them back I get to speak to someone after 15 minutes she sent me up an appointment between 12 and five. I get a phone call at five till five saying he's going to be there between 515 and 6 O'clock 615 they call me and tell me he's an hour and a half away I'm done with this net work have used them. It's time for five years and five years before this neighbor.

SCAMMERS

AWFUL. What a scam. I had been with them for multiple years, two accounts. I turned all my equipment in because I changed to a streaming service- they still billed me for over $400 I had to eat and turned it in on my credit. I did nothing wrong. They are scammers and take advantage of hard working people

I have been with Dish Network for 20+ years. In the beginning it was great, now I am looking for another tv service. The prices go up and up for existing customers, you loose channels. If you call for service help your on hold for a long time before you speak to someone. I have been not able to watch all my channels for over a month, almost 2. Have had service men here 3 different times. Asked for a credit they did credit part of my bill the first month but for this month I'm told sorry we already gave you a credit. I get that, but I still haven't been able to receive all my channels, they only give one credit. One service guy left the box and parts on my lawn for me to take care of.

Increased my monthly bill from $109 to $140 without any explanation why.
Waited over an hour to speak with a live person and cancel service. This took another 20 minutes as he tried to offer all kinds of deals which begs the question why they didn't offer it before!
I was a loyal customer for 6 years, never missed a payment, and get treated like this.
I hope the streaming outfits put them out of business!
