Unable to login to my account online to correct OVER billing problems. I was Told overbilling was correct but it was not. Most customer service representatives speak very poor English. Totally unsatisfactory except for actual package but promised 3 year flat billing a HUGE lie! Also Hulu blocked with Dish- a fact not disclosed by Dish when you Order It!
Not worth the massive inability to easily communicate!

No one is picking up.

I have been trying for weeks to get my service changed. This is going over into scam territory when no one answers and you must listen to annoying MUZAK, but afraid to hang up. I like my actual DISH TV but ought to be able to talk with a human about changing it. If I can't speak to a person about modifying my plan, I will be dropping it altogether.

While a customer of the dish network, the system had issues, and lost contact with my receiver. After waiting on the phone for 2 hours an employee came on the line. I explained the loss of signal she said she would transfer me to a customer service representative for help. I am still waiting again for over two hours this time, I went to online chat, and I am 172 in line for help. Highly recommend this company for anyone who has time to waste, Good luck,

They have bad service, their system was down on the 3/3/23 and couldn't pay my bill it gave me the option to text I want to pay my bill and someone would reach out to me but no one ever called and my service was turned off and now they want me to pay a late fee

Bad or No Customer Service

I have tried calling Dish network for 7 days. Recording said there were problems call back later. I have now been on hold for1hour and 9 minutes and don't see anyone picking up. My 93 year Mother had a two year contract at a set rate. 6 months later I received an email stating her bill was now being charged another $5.00 for something we didn't order. She only wants about 5 channels but of course that wasn't possible. I do not recommend Dish because you can't get anyone on the phone to talk to about anything. DO NOT GET DISH!

Never go with Dish

I've had dish for 2 years now. Since I've had dish I've had nothing but problems. Technicians have been out many times to fix the problems and they still exist. Dish at least once a day hangs up and I have to reset the receiver. The receiver has been replaced twice. Programs I have set to record just disappear and never record. At this point if I can find an alternate service I will but I would never recommend this to anyone.

Today you get no rating.
Why can I not see my bill on line but can conveniently pay my bill which exceeds 17.00 more this month. I want to know why and should I go back to cable?Watching TV is a joke. You advertise what great service you have but no better than cable company. Were it not for my husband I'd just stick to firestick.

Dish network is the worst satellite service in the world it starts to sprinkle outside and you lose cable right now you can't even get a hold of customer service I have tried for the last few days trying to get a hold of Dish Network and nobody wants to answer the phones I would not recommend Dish Network to anybody

Horrible service!

For the past two days I've been trying to log into my account so I can pay my bill. It just keeps loading the customer service phone number will not answer. I am fed up and do not know what to do, there is not a dish in my hometown. This is ridiculous! How can I get in touch

DONT GET DISH TV.

Would give a zero star if I could.I have had 3 Fraudulent dish tv accounts opened. So I call dish tv they tell me get a police report and fill out the needed documents wich I did then they said to upload the documents but you can't cause it doesn't work.so I Mail them keepcalling for 3 months and all they say is they never got them.So then I remail them sertified mail and still haven't heard from them five weeks later.To me there the frauds.Not to mention dish tv sucks if you like sports.Do yourself a favor avoid them they only answer the phone if I'm signing up they never answer in there fraud department

I was dish client for 6 years. They applied a balance to my bill after account. The apply collections without sending the proper 30 day letter allowing clients to dispute. I recommend to switch to any other cable provider

Our family have been loyal DISH network customers for 17 continuous years and have had great service. However in January 2023 we had a catastrophic fire and our entire home was a total loss. One week after the fire I called to notify DISH that we needed to cancel our service as we had moved into a condo that had an HOA that required us to take another competing service. At that time Donna, the customer rep told me we had signed a contract and she could only pause our service for 9 months but that we would still owe on our original contract for an additional one more year even though we would have no services. She kept me on the line for almost 40 minutes professing that she could offer us no other options. I then called the local DISH contractor in our city and he told me that there is a catastrophic clause for customers like us. Thankfully when I called back 2 weeks later I was referred to Jennifer who is a Senior Resolution Specialist at DISH. She was so kind and very knowledgeable in all of the contract issues dealing with our situation. In a matter of a few minutes she had canceled our equipment fees, disconnected our account and made arrangements to refund our monthly DISH fees that were continuing through autopay. If I had not had the pleasure of talking to Jennifer I would have given DISH a review of 1, but because of Jennifer they get a 4 in honor of her honesty and professionalism. Thank you. Laura. S

We currently have Direct TV and was thinking of switching to Dish. Your honest and informative reviews have put a halt to that notion.

With Direct, we have not had CBS since October 2022. Needless to say, we missed so many previously watched shows. Will now investigate Xfinity

High bill no channels

Most of yr freaking channels r infomercials. You take away channels but still charge us a high bill. Ridiculous! Just cause we live in a rural area we're internet is not available you take advantage of us we r seniors. And u don't have a senior discount which is a disgrace. U take away channels should take away 5.00 every time u take away channels. Our bill is 190.00 when we only get Mabe 5 channels we watch. And movie channels r a xtra charge. If I had a option to have something else wold definitely cancel y'all. You r crooks who take advantage of people. Especially seniors..

Don't use dish

Worst company to work with poor communication skills, attitude with customer. Turned in to collections without warning when told they would put our account on pause. Explained situation and got run around every time. Harassment calls while trying to work. Just very unprofessional and unsatisfying company to work with! We've been customers for 6 years and never had late payments until I spoke and put our account on pause.

Crappy dish tv network service

Hi attempted to join dish Network and hopefully for better and more reasonable service and cable. My experience with them has been horrible. The technician comes out installs and then my internet doesn't work so they told me they don't do nothing with internet so call my cable company that does my internet which I did they got it up and running but not with this. So I called his back and they tell me they'll send a technician out to see if there was something wrong with the installation I got five notifications that day that the technician would be there and the technician never showed up. Then I called them back to cancel my service and I was on the phone again the average time to get to somebody is 32-34 minutes every time you call and the lady said that she would send me return boxes so I can return my boxes and remotes and I had 5 days well I'm at day 5 and there's no return boxes and I'm on hold with them right now again just trying to get rid of this crap. Their service is crappy they don't stick to their word it's not worth it don't do it it's a headache and I'm just trying to get rid of my headache now so I figured why not write a review why I'm waiting on hold for them

Disgusting people, liars, cheap service, system is down more than it works. Ruined the top of my brand new dryer on a new install because the tech is a moron. Filed a damage report, had dish two come out, yes it is messed up. Dish said get an appliance technician and see if it can be fixed. We will pay for the tech. Tech came out said no parts are available and i took his bill and that statement, scanned it and emailed it to them. One and one half years later no resolution. I have the sent emails with attachments. Called multiple times, that is a joke. Called to cancel and they called me a liar and charged me a disconnect fee. They said i made a commitment, no i did not. Liars and loosers, waiting for kit to give them their garbage back. If you get dish you deserve what you get
