I ordered 72 water goblets for my daughter's bridal shower. I had a very positive experience with this company. The price could not be matched. I had to rush the order because the shower was approaching quickly. Within a couple of hours, they emailed me the proof. The order was promptly processed and received on the promised date. The glasses were of good quality. I would just advise you to look at your proof information carefully, the actual size of the imprint was smaller than I had thought - still beautiful. I couldn't believe I could get beautiful, personalized bridal shower favors in such a short time.

Buyer beware
April 28, 2021

I ordered 100 personalized mugs after reading "Highly Durable – This means your personalized ceramic mugs can be washed in a commercial kitchen and used frequently throughout the day." Note the word "personalized". By including the word "personalized that means the printing. Well... the printing on the mugs didn't even make it through one washing in a residential kitchen. Discountmugs.com has a page buried deep on their website... practically unfindable... that their mugs aren't dishwasher safe. Very underhanded. My rep could offer no remedy... and when I contacted customer care I didn't get a response.

I ordered a large amount of custom beer mugs for my wedding from this site. I reviewed the product in the allotted amount of time, and the product was not delivered. It cost $227 to ship this order, and it was written that it would be sent via FedEx. I received a tracking number that did not work with FedEx. It turns out the order was not shipped with FedEx, but with a company I've never heard of, that promised to deliver the product by 1/15/16. Unfortunately, it was never delivered, and no one at either discount mugs nor the random delivery company are answering their phones. The event is coming up and I'm nervous that I got screwed out of my $600+ because it either will be delivered after the wedding or not at all.

VERY POOR SERVICE

I ordered embroidered hats for a 100th reunion. Artwork proof approved on 8/3/16 for a delivery date of 8/10/16 which was one day before our event. When order did not arrive on 8/10/16 I called and was told that they hats had not been produced yet and that the earliest we could expect them was 8/15/16,4 days after the event. I cancelled the order and am awaiting our refund. So sad as everyone was expecting a hat and it would have really added to the festivities. Very very very poor service. I will not use this company again.

I am guilty of waiting until last minute to do everything, and also an ordering newbie. I found numerous websites to order my custom products but ended up going with DiscountMugs.com after receiving such great customer service, all with an awesome price.
Joshua helped me for my first order and made sure I was confident in what I was ordering and helped get it to me on a time crunch. Proofs were sent over quickly and the product I got in the mail was great!
I just placed my second order, with Joshua again and was again impressed with his willingness to answer my 100 questions and walk me through the process. I will be a long time customer!

If I could give zero stars, I would! Don't use DiscountMugs! I paid extra for expedited shipping, however, when I called after they missed the estimated delivery date, they told me my product was still in production. I was never notified that my product would be late. Management needs to work on their communication to let people know their orders will not be fulfilled on time. I will NEVER order from here EVER AGAIN! There are plenty of other printing companies that will make sure to get orders delivered on time. Don't use DiscountMugs.

Amazing Quality

I received my order of 24 mugs today, complete with the image I uploaded for DiscountMugs to afix to each mug.
- Ordering Process: Easy and professional, including an opportunity for me to review several designs, and finally to approve a 'proof' image of my finished product.
- Packaging: The best I have seen from any supplier in many years.
- Quality of Mugs Received: Wow! The mugs are really beautiful, and exceptional quality.

My decision to purchase followed my review of a sample shipped to me at a very low price. From beginning to end, my experience on this order from DiscountMugs has been amazing. I am very, very satisfied. Unquestionably, their online chat capabilities played a key role.

This was the very first time that I placed an order with Discountmugs.com & let me tell tell you-I will be back! Their prices & inventory CANNOT be beat. I searched high & low for the items that I needed for an upcoming Family Reunion. No other site came close in price or inventory. And Their Customer Service Employees?!? Out of this world-you won't believe how knowledgeable, polite & helpful they are. The gentleman who assisted me, Washington, was absolutely WONDERFUL & really did a great job. Poor quality printing
April 25, 2016

Ordered 244 coffee cups imprinted with our company name & logo. The printing comes off with the slightest bump or scratch & will come off after about 2 trips thru the dishwasher. Don't waste your money!

I have never been treated with such disrespect as I have with this company. Out of the 4 orders I made. Two were late, one had such terrible quality we couldn't use them, and I still haven't received the fourth after over two months! Every time an employee doesn't want to deal with you they send you to another who dodges your emails and calls. They are impossible to reach and extremely rude. I received a confirmation for my order and later found out the color was out of stock. Fine. So I order in another color. Turns out that is out of stock. Try again and it's damaged. When I called to ask if they had more in stock they lied and said no when their website said otherwise.

Honestly please save yourself the frustration and choose any company other than Branders.

Discount Mugs is amazing! We placed an order for some personalized glassware and were surprised how fast it arrived, the quality of the print and the glassware itself. Christopher Rizo is awesome, he made everything really simple and quick for us. Chris' customer service skills are outstanding and we will be re-ordering! Keep up the good work.

I have not received the final product yet but the ordering process has been delightful. The proof regarding the artwork was sent to me very fast. I made some changes to it and the second proof was sent at same timely manner. Priscilla Limardo has been very attentive and helpful with handling all the details and extra request I asked for. Can't wait to receive my order if its anything like the service I have received so far, then I am sure it will be amazing!

I used branders.com to order some promotional materials for a trade show my company was participating in. Initially my experience was positive. Then the order was not received by the promised date and I was told I would not even receive it in time for the event. I was only offered a 25% refund which due to poor communication led to my order being entirely cancelled. The result of this was me receiving no promotional items and still paying for more than 75% of the order cost. We also had to rush order new promotional materials from a local company in order to have any branding items at the trade show. The only resolution I was offered was a partial discount if I would place another order. Needless to say I refused as I never received the first order I paid for, I will look elsewhere for my future branding needs.

I just ordered 6 polos for a client with simple artwork to be embroidered. I never received email a proof so their "online system" approved it after 24hrs. I never even received a notification that they had not received an approval. I just received the shirts and the main part of the artwork looks so bad you can hardly read the text. When I told them about the problem they said they could not fix it. Yet the text was a nice BOLD text and there's look like a skinny mess! I wish I could show everyone how bad it looked!

On top of this when DiscountMugs screws up all they want to do is give you a 6-month store credit instead of a refund. Then when you agree and they screw up on the next project they tell you "oh sorry we can't refund you because you used the store credit from the last project we screwed up!"

I had to call to find out where my order was. TERRIBLE customer service. Do not ever give this company your business.

Cheap & Poor Imprinting

Purchased 50 wine mugs for $850 - What a disaster. The only thing good about this order was the shipping was quick... I can see why as the product is REALLY CHEAPLY MADE and the "printing" is so small and no color at all.

1. Logo print is very light and soooo small. Definitely feel this should have been larger and darker, as in the proof from the website…the writing is almost bluish/grey, not black
2. Black lip of mug – very sharp on all the mugs, both inside and out. Coarse and jagged.
3. Black lip to silver part of mug – not aligned properly, I can only describe it as bumpy along edge. The metal does not align with the black lip of the mug.
4. Mug does not keep beverage cool or cold at all.

Waiting on Customer Service to get back to me!

Terrible

I ordered sports bottles with logos and paid extra for delivery. Of course they charged my card immediately yet several days later was notified they didn't have the color I ordered. I ask to be refunded immediately…. Several emails later they said they had different option (again instead of refunding me), OK so I ordered a different color but only on the premise and promise they would be overnighted. Were they overnighted? No. Now I'll be stuck with a product I don't need. I could have ordered something else from another company. Don't make promises to customers you can't deliver on.

Simply ordered 24 custom printed mugs in black ink. This should be almost impossible for them to mess up. However, the print on at least 16 of these mugs (maybe more... we started selling them as a fundraiser before we noticed a problem) is peeling off. Contacted the company by phone and they refused to do anything. I asked to talk to a supervisor and no one was available. I was promised a call back from a supervisor before the end of the business day. No call came in. No email contact was made either. I emailed them 3 days after I called them. Another 3 business days later (5 days later) I still have heard nothing from them. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau today.

The first order I received had not gone through the curing process and the imprint washed off all of the glasses, both in the dishwasher and when washed by hand. I had to contact customer service a total of six times to find out they were going to remake my order for free, which they did. The second order I received was fine, but the poor customer service will likely cause me to never order from this place again. One time when I called, after being hung up on twice already that day, a woman answered accidentally and I was treated to her cursing at her kids at the top of her lungs. Not good, discountmugs.com. Not good.
