Please do not get DECEIVED by these shoddy and shady people. BE WARNED... unless you want to throw away money just for the sake of it.

The wording on the site leads you to believe that you can easily unlock your device within 24 hours, but they neglect to tell you that there's a fee for preordering a device check that is separate from the actual unlocking service itself. That is a separate fee, and is not worth it for the amount of time you have to actually wait for them to "check" the device. I could've called the company myself and paid for an unlock without having to go through this had I known it was just going to be a waste of time and money.

Stay away from these rubbers! They cheat and do Nothing!
I have ordered Activation lock to be removed and paid initially 20 usd after that they ask another 40 usd and they did nothing. Instead they lie that give voucher (you don't receive any copy of it) and they run. This is FAKE site! Be Aware!

They will charge a fee to check your phone imei without telling u. Then u Pay another fee to unlock. I did pay however after 5 days. It went to server down. I waited 30 days and still nothing. I email and nothing. Base on their policy they should refund u. Still nothing. No reply, nothing.

Paid £23.99 for a unlocking code, and now they want another £27, to sent me a code, RIP OFF COMPANY, SCAMMERS

It's not clear you also pay another £20. Still waiting total cost £43 for absolutely nothing. Too fed up to describe.

I purchased a unlock for my Samsung on 1/26/20. They said I actually purchased a preorder. Still nothing after 3 weeks. I was ripped off and mislead. I really hope someone can get them shut down to prevent them from stealing anyone else's money.

I ordered for unlock my iphone7 which is locked to boost network. Initially they asked for 28$. After i paid 28$, they came back to me asking for more 40$ to unlock. I paid the 40$ too. And now they are saying my iphone is either stolen or in contract with sprint and they cannot do the unlock, whereas my phone is completely not in contract and not stolen.

I request everyone not to go with this direct unlock and loose your money.

This company claims to remove icloud from iphone devices... well they can't and when they fail they will tell you that your devices is black listed in apple server. They will refuse to give you a refund unless you can give a reciept proving ownership and if you are lucky enough to have a reciept, they will still refuse to isuue a refund.
I have by the way gave them a reciept then look at their response after that " it is blacklisted so we are protected from chargeback" Really?
I am reporting them to my bank for a charge back and I will be reporting them to the office of fair trading.
Keep away from this company, They will not unlock your phone and you will not see your money back ever again.

I first paid 28 final price and then was asked to pay 42. Then Was asked to pay 99 pounds and they still can't fix the device and I have yet to get my refund. I am so madd I wasted my money on this dirty service!

Worst experience ever, they get paid, ask for more money... even after getting that, they still didn't unlock my iPhone 6S. They said 7 -10 days, I gave up after 8 weeks! Total scammers, so frustrating especially when other people are trying to run genuine companies online.

They told me they couldnt unlock the phone becude was Blocked/In-Contract/Outstanding Finance. I checked the phone on multiple EMI sites it was clean. I would not have come to them if it was not 'Blocked'? So what reason left for phone being blocked is there that these guys ould actually unlock it? Then they aked me for the original invoice from Apple o reund me. If I hd the original invoice I would be the original osner and would not have to come to them in ghe first place? Thee guys say they cn unlock your phone then give you all the readons why a phone could be locked, in order for them not to be ble to unlock it. They then say they pass a credit note for your phone to be used with their 'premium service' on their site. There is no such service on their site. Their whole schpeel is exactly the same rip-off as EMIDoctor.

Don't use it. After having received your money you are asked for a second payment. You are also informed that you cannot be refunded on the first payment, despite no service have been provided. After some time they don´t even bother to answer back. Hope you do not fall for it as I did.

Beware they make you pay twice and they don't unlock your device honestly I don't know how this scamming website keeps operating.

I have been waiting for almost 2 months! My phone has been paid in full, because I am anxious to go to other countries and want to unlock it as soon as possible. Now I have returned but the phone is still not unlocked! And no refunds! Rogue company!

This is a scam! Poor information that two payments are expected totalling £50 to unlock a handset. The first payment was made and I wastold it was succesful and that unclock codes were ready follwoing the second payment. I stupidly made this payment. I was then sent an automated response that the selected network was in error, which was not the case and that a "credit" was available for the second payment. There was no link to any credit option and the website does not seem to be present (error code 505). They clearly use a series of automated responses to encourage payments and should not take money for a service they do not provide, in other words a scam. I had been directed there by a reputable vendorm as had many who have given similar references on the this site. AVOID!

Wish I had read some of reviews before I gave them my money. They don't tell you that their semi-premium unlock service only covers certain conditions. After you give them your money they will come back and want you to pay $150 in addition to the initial price to unlock an old phone. It's a complete scam, don't be suckered in by their "promises". Their cheap price $28 doesn't do anything, except to sucker you in to extract more money from you. They refuse to do a refund.
