I have read the other reviews, I must say I have got nothing but praise for the customer care I received I received my refund in three working days they can not be all bad thankyou janet robbins
Still no refund from cancelled flights from April 2020. Got in touch with them said yes can arrange refund. But a charge of £50 they must have had there money back from Ryanair and they want me to pay for mine making profit from people struggling enough from pandemic out of work total rip off I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company
I booked a flight for the 4th June 2020 till 8th June 2020. I am still waiting for my money back as this was cancelled due to the virus.
I know people that had booked direct with easyjet and had there money back straight away. I thought at first I was booking it with easyjet not with directline flights.
They send out nice emails with no money attached
I may have to go the small claims court for this.

Such a nice bunch of people to deal with and meant I could call them freephone to sort out my issues and speak to a nice helpful person based in the UK:-) Thanks
This site masquerades as a booking site for airlines. However they are just an agency, who do nothing more than take a booking fee.
Don't be scammed by them - go to the genuine airline sites instead and save yourself £50.
