They accept no accountability they are not members of atol or ABTA. They state any issue is with the airline and not them. Never use as i have and now resulted in GOV.UK claims against me because i instigated chargeback and believe this falls under clause majeure (pandemic) which they also do not mention about.

They are just an booking agency trying to confuse consumers into thinking they are booking directly with an airline.
