Is Directline-flights.co.uk a scam or a legit company?

Answer:
They accept no accountability they are not members of atol or ABTA. They state any issue is with the airline and not them. Never use as i have and now resulted in GOV.UK claims against me because i instigated chargeback and believe this falls under clause majeure (pandemic) which they also do not mention about.
