I ordered some LED light bulbs and was a little concerned that they seemed too cheap, but they all arrived in working order and are nice and bright. The free postage is a boon, as you can order low-value items and see how you like the service. The delivery took 2-3 weeks, but this was exactly as described on the website.

This morning I was very frustrated with a problem I experienced with my order. Now I am so happy and shocked with how much effort customer service put forth to find a solution to my product being out of stock. They really exceeded my expectations and next time I need something, I will come again.

The store is fast and so far I had no problems. I have received all orders in 15 days (5 orders from China to France). There are no customs fees or taxes, the price in the shop is the final price. The customs clearance is made by the shop. All packages were well packaged and arrived safely and the descriptions in the store correspond to what you get. I can recommend the store.

I've made some orders on dinodirect. Payment with PayPal makes me free of worries for my money. Shipping time is usual and there is a great variety of shipping methods including free shipping. Product descriptions are accurate. Bonus program makes prices very attractive. Support team skilled and well-disposed.

I have purchased many items (at least 10 separate orders) from DinoDirect and have never had any problems. Completely happy with this company, although orders to seem to come on a slow boat from China.

I'll gladly recommend this site. I've received most of the orders without any problem and when there's a problem Customer Service responded quickly. Either you can get full refund or they'll resend the order for free.

I ordered one game controller at dinodirect last month but received two, I emailed dinodirect customer service, and they said it is a mistake but let me keep the other one as free present. It is amazing!

I buy here for one year. They have medium prices but they are serious and excellent customer service, who answers to all clients questions in 1 hour and less.

At this price, the thing is VERY good. Materials look good, there's a gum cover over the keyboard that's good to keep it clean, both mouse and keyb work well from 2 meters distance from receiver.
