This book is the cutest and it arrived before Christmas. However I noticed we were the only faces of color in the book. There is a page in particular that has a crowd of people and there is NOT a single black or brown face. My daughter absolutely loves the book and although we teach our children that love has no color I would have liked to see that also displayed in this book.

I ordered the books on 29 October to UAE. They did not provided any tracking number or proof. So called customer support Rachel is giving different and wrong information every time. She said that my package was handed to DHL express without a tracking number but she can't contact them. She insist me to close my dispute of refund on PayPal. They are scammers, my kid will be without his favourite books on Christmas. Kindly avoid them and share more on social media, it will help the people not to waste their money.

I placed an order waiting to get it still hoping its worth it since the shipping fees cost more than most the items

Tip for consumers:
Items are reasonably priced however shipping cost makes up for whatever you think your saving by not shopping other vendors

I have been buying from Dinkleboo for 4 years, usually they are ok. I don't know what's happened this year but they are absolutely shocking. It took over a month to finally get the items delivered. There was correspondence during this time where I was blatantly lied to by their customer service team. First was that it had been shipped (every other time I've ordered, I've received an email saying my order is completed and on it's way), next was that it "must have been lost in transit because we don't use tracking numbers". They did however (& without any questions) re-do the order. But I'm pretty sure it's because it wasn't made in the 1st place. When I asked that it get made and sent as soon as possible because of their error, I was informed that they're already working 24/7 to get the orders done for Christmas, so it would be sent as normal (I ordered on the 1st of November to avoid the Christmas rush & because some need to be sent away). I've sent 3 emails after the last 1 asking for them to make the order asap, and never received an email back from them since. And then low and behold, I get a msg from Australia post yesterday saying that my order with "tracking number *******" was arriving today... but according to Dinkleboo, they don't use tracking numbers... So yeah, not a fun experience. There was no remorse on their end or any form of compensation (like a $5 coupon or 10% off your next order, like what most businesses would do)

After posting our concerns, must thank Jennifer L. For her endless hard work in trying to fix our problem... She even offered to print cards as "Happy New Year" themed.

Ok I was getting really mad and frustrated that I had YET to receive books I ordered on the 1st of December, but THEY FINALLY CAME IN TODAY! They are adorable! They are exactly what I thought they would be and weren't cheap to me at all! I'm so happy we actually got them just in time since we are opening those gifts tomorrow... So to be honest I was very disappointed with the "shipping time" and lack of response from customer service but the product was perfect! Next time I guess I will order them two months in advance instead of one.

Thank you for your concern. We do count our shipping days as Monday through Friday, which would equate to 11 shipping days. Started out as a rough experience with the online customer service. It wasn't allowing me to purchase using my groupon and the online customer service rep was absolutely no help. I then called their customer service and talked to a man who helped me get checked out although it took a few steps. Apparently you need to create an account to make a purchase and even then I had problems checking out because I live in Arizona. So, he took my credit card information and it was finally over with. I really like the name tags, but not sure why their website has a hard time with in state purchases. It was very frustrating and took up a lot of my day, but I really like the name tags.

Hello Elisha!
There seems to be some confusion between your correspondence with the rep and the actual process. I will private message you to see if I can assist but below I will outline some of your concerns:
1. I'll need to speak to you to find out why the cart total not matching the items in your cart would prevent you from checking out. If you had a voucher for one set of labels and had three sets in your cart the voucher should just deduct the amount for one set and allow you to checkout and pay the difference.
2. You most certainly can order from a mobile device. Desktops do provide better functionality but mobile ordering is done everyday. She may have suggested this as a potential solution if you were having trouble checking out on your mobile device. That will sometimes help.
3. The Groupon Ad should say shipping starts at $3.99. (This is for economy shipping. Standard would be $5.99.) This is for one set of 48 labels as this is also a purchasing option. When you go to two sets (84 labels) it gives you 50% off shipping the second items so in this case $5.99 would be the shipping for two sets of labels. I hope that helps to clarify some of your concerns. I will be messaging you shortly!

I ordered 140 xmas cards that had "Merry Christmas" in a script overlay over the photo. For reasons unknown "Merry Christmas" was not on the cards I received. I spent the first day trying to call but there was never any answer. So the next day I started a chat session. I spent approximately 10 hours, off and on, trying to chat with Angelina. She was great. They are lucky to have her! Unfortunately she was spread too thin and it took forever to get the order fixed, reprocessed and expedited. My fingers are crossed that I'll be able to get them sent out before Xmas day!

Tip for consumers:
There are not too many choices of styles, fonts and colors but I purchased this through Groupon so the deal was too good to pass up.
If you need CS, you'll have to get them via chat. Hopefully you'll get Angelina too. Props to her. :)

I received an email that my order was shipped out on 12/1/16. I paid for upgraded shipping options to be sure it was here for Christmas. It is 12/20/16 and it is still not here! Where is it?

Tip for consumers:
I finally received my order right before Christmas. The book was very nice but they really need to upgrade their shipping system. I would order again if I didn't care if it takes a long time to show up.

I have a groupon for a soft-covered book for my nephew with his name on it. Does this enroll me into anything else? I mean, I do not want to find out that I subscribed to a monthly item where they will keep charging my credit card.
