I would like to order 2 personalized books today. I am fearful though because of all the bad reviews indicating that customers never received their products. I live in Simi Valley, California 93063, USA. I checked expedited shipping for my order, but am hesitant to submit it until I hear from you. I read on your site that orders not being shipped to Australia, will incur a customs charge and there is no way to know how much that will be. It also states that customs can delay shipping. I don't understand this because your address is Tempe, Arizona. Please respond and let me know if what your site says is true about customs charges and delays and assure me I will receive the books by December 15. Thank you for your inquiry. We currently have two production facilities. One in Arizona, and one in Australia. Your item will most certainly come from our Arizona facility. Our cut-off date for receiving your items by Christmas is December 16 using our standard shipping method. I want to order 4 personalized books, 2 regular and 2 Christmas. The total is $86 and some change but I have a $75.00 gift card I want to use to pay and then pay the remaining balance with either another gift card or debit card. Can that be done and also I want to make sure I do receive the books before Christmas.
