I bought a groupon voucher this evening for a photo blacket, the groupon code won't go through at checkout. I want to have the order placed so that I might have it for Christmas. How long is it typically to get a response from customer service?

Hi Leanne. You need to put the voucher through exactly as it looks on your Groupon. It is case sensitive.
Also copy & paste does not work x

Good luck getting a response I've been sending emails to them since the 9th of December and only after posting here did I get a response I have still not recieved a dispatch email... my order has apparently been sent we shall see.
