Hi Leanne. You need to put the voucher through exactly as it looks on your Groupon. It is case sensitive.
Also copy & paste does not work x
Good luck getting a response I've been sending emails to them since the 9th of December and only after posting here did I get a response I have still not recieved a dispatch email... my order has apparently been sent we shall see.
I think I may have had trouble with that but it was the way I typed it in. Did you message support@dinkleboo.com. Jennifer is really great to deal with!
