My grandson loved hearing his name and his friends names in the personalized book The Little Digger that I felt compelled to by some more. He his a huge Thomas fan and I know he will love these too. They'll make a great birthday gift.

These labels are durable and have cute designs. I ordered for my son years ago for his lunchbox containers etc. and they still stick perfectly. Now we ordered for our baby girl some really adorable ones to label all her bottles and belongings. I highly recommend these labels

I ordered labels for my daughter, they are beautiful but also very good quality labels. Even after they were put on the dishwasher they look as good as new. Easy website to use, very cute designs and it was delivered sooner than expected. Very happy with my purchase.

I placed my order on 1st December - I went off your website stating; Estimated Delivery Times: Within Australia (5-10 Days) thinking this would allow plenty of time before Christmas for the books to be delivered.
I received an email on 5th December regarding my order ******* being shipped, but are yet to receive a tracking information email.
The email received on the 5th Dec stated 10-15 working days so I'm wondering why this is 5 additional days to what is stated on your website, and this only being told once the items were shipped which was 5 days post ordering them.
It has now been 21 days since I placed my order and are yet to receive them or tracking information. I emailed customer service 2 days ago and no reply from there either.
I ordered these in plenty of time before Christmas as per your website - I would appreciate a response re tracking and delivery time asap please.

Dinkelboo brings stories to life. My granddaughter's are 3 & 5, love these books. I've purchased them since the 1st baby was born. They each have a dozen now. Love the 2 book I ordered for my grandson so much I will definitely be ordering more. The process was pretty easy up til check out then it got a little confusing. Take extra time and proof read and you should have no problems. Unlike several reviews about shipping time, I believe I recieved my full order with in 15 days from placement.

I have been buying from Dinkleboo for 4 years, usually they are ok. I don't know what's happened this year but they are absolutely shocking. It took over a month to finally get the items delivered. There was correspondence during this time where I was blatantly lied to by their customer service team. First was that it had been shipped (every other time I've ordered, I've received an email saying my order is completed and on it's way), next was that it "must have been lost in transit because we don't use tracking numbers". They did however (& without any questions) re-do the order. But I'm pretty sure it's because it wasn't made in the 1st place. When I asked that it get made and sent as soon as possible because of their error, I was informed that they're already working 24/7 to get the orders done for Christmas, so it would be sent as normal (I ordered on the 1st of November to avoid the Christmas rush & because some need to be sent away). I've sent 3 emails after the last 1 asking for them to make the order asap, and never received an email back from them since. And then low and behold, I get a msg from Australia post yesterday saying that my order with "tracking number *******" was arriving today... but according to Dinkleboo, they don't use tracking numbers... So yeah, not a fun experience. There was no remorse on their end or any form of compensation (like a $5 coupon or 10% off your next order, like what most businesses would do)
Been playing cat and mouse with Kayla for weeks. Bought a Groupon for personalized cloth bags. Wanted for grandson's 1st Christmas. Constantly out of stock. Was given the option for personalized books. Been waiting for weeks. No books. Shipping label created but product never delivered to post office. Customer service not much help. Will never EVER do business with you again and will make sure I comment on your Facebook ads every time I see one. Terrible company!

I was surprised what beautiful quality came at such affordable prices. I bought one book for each of my 3 grandsons that aligned with their age and interests. One of my favorite features is the dedication page (offered at no extra charge). You can even use emojis in your message. The only thing I wish I had remembered was to include the date so the boys would know when we gave them the books. I'm a fan for life!

I was sent a shipping confirmation email for Order *******. The email has a spot for "track shipment", But there is no tracking information in it? How could they send an email with a blank tracking number? They need to take a look into this and get this fixed.
I paid $5.99 (9 CAD) for shipping itself so there should be tracking at minimal.
There is no way for me to know whether they have officially shipped off the package or not. I am hoping my package does not get lost since I am unable to track it. Unfortunately, I will need to file a dispute through PayPal if it does end up getting lost.
Hello Claire - With the holidays over transit times have returned to normal and you should have received your order within 10 - 14 days in most cases. I will message you offline to follow up. You are correct though. The service into Canada at that price point does not offer tracking, however, we are just wrapping up testing on an international trackable service that we will be adding as a selection to our website!

Never receive the product! Ordered end Oct 2016 and said posted 1 Nov 2016 till now still not receive it and when i email them they said i was signed received on 3rd Nov! How can this happening and my friend birthday is in 3 days and i thought 3 weeks should be more than enough time to get this but all i have is disappointment and worry coz some stranger is having our image blanket! If they cant fix all this we have to go fair trade for sure! So before everyone order from them make sure u know ur image is not safe with them!

1. Emailing: Twice they have closed my tickets as 'resolved' without any resolution.
2. Calling: They have "high call volume" and the call disconnects
3. Live chat: Which is "experiencing excessive customer contact" and never receives a response

Hello Kellie - if you have yet to receive your books that were ordered on the 19th they are most likely lost in transit. I will be reaching out privately to help organize your refund if you haven't already received it as we have pretty much caught up with all of the inquiries from the season.
I'm very sorry though that you had trouble getting through to us. This season was extremely busy and yes we were behind on what our normal response times to customer inquiries typically are. You can see that from the posts below. I will just touch on the inquiry methods you have listed above:
- Calls; you should have been given the option to leave a voicemail.
- Chat; is and always will be the fastest way to receive help. There may have been a few times that chats were quite full but as a whole this channel did not experience too many problems.
- Emails; each time a ticket is answered by one of our reps it will close your ticket to keep the inquiries in the queue organized. When you reply it reopens the ticket and tags it to your original inquiry as long as you don't start a completely new ticket.
- Auto-reply: The main feature of the auto response is to help clear the queue of customer inquiries that have been assisted via phone, chat or another email thread. This allows us focus on those customers that have replied "yes I am still in need of assistance". This reply also reopens the ticket. So your case is never closed as long as you respond.

I placed an order on November 21st, and I am still waiting for it. I am surprised at how long it is taking to get here (I live in Canada). I wish I would have read the reviews on here before ordering - I would then have expected a long wait.! I do have a friend who ordered from Dinkleboo who was very pleased, so I am not loosing hope!

I was able to find your order in our system. I show you ordered your books on December 2nd and they shipped out on December 4th. It is only the 12th today so still 12 days until Christmas. Typically it takes appx. 14 days for deliveries into the UK if the local delivery services are running on schedule so I'm not certain why you are saying we missed delivery before Christmas just yet. I do agree though that your order date is cutting it very close. As far as your inquiries into customer care, my apologies. They are running a day or two behind on normal response times.
