Angel really is an angel. This person went above and beyond to not only ensure customer satisfaction, but customer appreciation! She persevered, and stuck with it until the situation was resolved. I have never had such amazing service and because of that, I would definitely endorse your company. It is an example for all companies to follow!
After purchasing these labels it was clear that you get what you pay for. These are cheaply made! The ink wears off and the labels will not stick to my child's clothes or lunch containers. They look like they were printed on a home computer. I will certainly be going back to my original label company as they are worth paying more to.

I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the labels you received. With the name labels we have not experienced the problems you are describing above. We put them through quite a bit of testing on various substrates (they will not adhere to fabric) and have ran them through multiple dishwasher cycles and the labels have stayed in tack and color vibrant. While it would be rare I suppose there could have been a defect with the batch you received. I would be happy to send you out some replacements if you would like! I had made a couple of purchases and realized my mistake in using the incorrect codes for savings. I sent an email asking if there was anything that could be done to rectify my mistake.
Almost immediately my email was replied to, and even though it was stated that changes could not be made, these kind and honest people corrected the problem, with courtesy and patience, and left me with the great feeling of a much more than satisfied customer. Love these labels! The colors are so vibrant, and they are of high quality. I've stuck them on my daughters cups and materials for nursery school, and they're so adorable. Also, they've been through quite a few dishwashing cycles... and they look perfect still! Very happy!

The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I don't believe the high rate of positive reviews here are genuine at all. I ordered a product from them days before their 'last order before Christmas' date. It still didn't show up. Looking through the reviews I am not the only one that had this experience. How can a company that personalises books not personalise delivery, i. E, a very simple tracking code like the vast majority of online shops use? If I had not contacted them they never would have known whether my order showed up or not. Unfortunately, like many others, it didn't. I have been offered compensation by them in the event my order didn't arrive. I have refused it. Instead, I will be advising everyone I speak to not to order anything from this website. They should understand that there is no compensation that makes up for disappointing a child on Xmas day. There is no worse service you could give to a customer than that. Will never ever use this website again and strongly advise others not to.
I ordered 2 books at the end of November. Received shipping confirmation December 3. Even if it took the longest shipping possible they would arrive before Christmas. Now mid-January they have still not arrived. Customer service said basically they were shipped and your order is complete have a good day. Unacceptable and a waste of monkey. Perhaps the company as a whole is a scam.

I bought a personalized book for my niece's 4 year old little boy's birthday. Since I'm not around him very much it was hard to think of a gift that he would want and use. He is really into cars, trucks, and loaders (what little boy isn't) so to have a book with his name in it along with his friends (cousins) and even his little sister was just the perfect gift. The pictures were great and he will develop a love of reading.

I have spent 2 hours trying to buy some silly little name plates that I purchased on Groupon. The site will not allow me to use Paypal or my debit card, even though both are working fine on other sites. The customer service was NO help at all. Apparently you are not allowed to buy anything without creating an account. Then, when you do create an account, the problem still exists. So, then, I tried to pay through Paypal with then sending me a request for money. They want me to clear my cache. I should NOT have to go through this. I will try to get my money back from Groupon, but otherwise, this will be a $5 lesson learned. I guess I'll have to give the one star for having something I could have used.

I paid extra for express order and express post to get my gift in time for our anniversary, only to receive something which looked different to my project! I emailed them immediately and 3 days later I still don't have a response. I've called multiple times and always get hung up on because "they are too busy with other calls". I don't think they will ever return my call. And now i've paid $$$ for a project which is not perfect and a ruined present :(

In ordering Dinkleboo books for the little people in my life, I have discovered their joy when their parent reads the story to them with their name in it. My great grand son is a Star Wars person and I had a book made for him. He was approximately 8 at the time and could read it himself. He thought that was awesome. Dinkleboo gives you what you want. Age category, Male, Female, and if you are of a minority race, it gives you that also. What more can you ask for. The price isn't bad either. There are times when they provide a code for you to use and that reduces the prices. Again I say to fill your life with Happy Children, visit Dinkleboo books.

I was trying to surprise my secret Santa with a gift, it's been two days since I ordered and nothing. All I can see is a message stating failure to render, even though I have a confirmation number and receipt of payment. I been trying to get hold of customer service with no success. Customer service is non existing don't waste your time. Trying to get a refund now from Groupon and paypal. I was so excited about ordering the iron on labels as I have twin boys and need to distinguish between their things. I applied them according to the instructions, but the labels either came off completely in the dryer or they were hanging off after coming out of the dryer. We are so disappointed because I spent a great deal of time shopping around and decided to go with Dinkleboo and my boys really liked the design.

Can I just say your iron on labels are the best things ever. Last year I got iron on labels from the uniform shop where I bought my kids school uniforms and they where rubbish they came off really quick within a couple of washes. I have one label from you guys which has been on a piece of uniform which was originally my sons now my daughters over 3 years old and the label is still there. Keep up the excellent work
