I paid for express shipping 2 weeks before mothers day, yet my order went out standard shipping and my mom will not get her gift in time. They "say" they will refund me my shipping but not the price of the product and could not provide me with a confirmation number for my refund. I was not able to speak to a manager either. THIS WAS THE WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD.

I did not get as far as to actually pay for an item on this website. I did see a banner on the website that was advertising a special on three books buy 1 get 2 free. So I went ahead and set them up and used their code after using the link that was in their banner. But I verified everything before I gave them my payment info. Noticed that I was being charge full price for the items their link brought me to. Contacted their customer service and asked if I was doing something one got form letter stating codes cannot be used on specially priced items. So then I changed the order to match fully what was in the banner in the advertisement on their website. Guess what! Same issue. So this buy 1 book and get 2 free. I guess one book cost 79.95 plus shipping. Rick in customer service couldn't even read the steps I provided to him to see what was happening. If this is not false advertisement I don't know what is. Do you really trust a firm that practices this method of advertising. Glad I did not buy from them

I placed my order mid November and on November 21st I got the shipping report saying that I will receive the two books that I order in 10-21 business days as I live in Canada. I was okay with that timing because that meant that I'd receive my books the week before Christmas AT THE LATEST. It is now January 4th and I still have not received my books. The books were supposed to be Christmas presents for my daughter and her best friend. I am so disappointed. I emailed the company a week ago and still have not gotten a response. I wish I read these reviews before I ordered. I most definitely would not have ordered anything. Such a scam. I'm still hoping my books show up but at this point I've accepted that I have been ripped off which looks like it has happened to a lot of people from this company. It's sad when you put trust in a company and then get ripped off. Very displeased and I'll be sharing my disappointment with my social media so this doesn't happen to any of my friends or family.

I was very happy with the Christmas books I ordered for family members. My only complaint is that there are no Hanukkah books available, as I would have liked to purchase those as well.
