I paid for express shipping 2 weeks before mothers day, yet my order went out standard shipping and my mom will not get her gift in time. They "say" they will refund me my shipping but not the price of the product and could not provide me with a confirmation number for my refund. I was not able to speak to a manager either. THIS WAS THE WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD.

I was able to find your order details in our system and it looks like your original order did arrive on the 7th in time for Mother's Day. My apologies that it was sent out incorrectly and caused you unnecessary stress.

I also show that a reprint was done on this order for you and was sent overnight. I show it too arrived on Saturday the 7th just to ensure you had your gift in time. I hope you mom enjoyed her blankets and had a wonderful Mother's Day!
