With 8 grandchildren to foster a love of reading in, I find these books to be the perfect gift! I've ordered from this company before without problems--don't understand what their issues were this time. Ordered xmas presents beginning of December never heard anything from them -- emailed asking when items would arrive--get an email saying a refund is being given; department would be made aware of the problem... wasn't my order good enough to be filled--would have liked an answer of why the order wasn't filled!

The products are great and the customer service is awesome. I ordered 5 of the children's books for my grandchildren and I really like that you can preview the book in it's entirety prior to submitting the order and that tells me that they care about the products they sell and that way you know exactly what you're buying. I made a mistake on one of my books and customer service rep Leigh worked with me and helped me so much to get it right. I don't have my books yet but the preview tells me that I will be very happy with them

I order two personalized books for my sons nd nephew. One got damaged in transit it was bent to fit into my mailbox and that caused 2 rips in the back cover. I emailed Dinkleboo and even though the damage was in no way their fault they are still sending me a replacement at no charge. So very impressed with this level of customer service. Don't order from this company. Find another one. Noticed an error just minutes after submitting my order, just wanted a dedication page added since I bought 7 books and 6 had it and one was missing. They refuse to help.

I'm a first time customer and was trying to buy 5 children's books. I had a promo code, but somehow entered it wrong, or entered it twice and it essentially invalidated my discount and I wasn't able continue with any kind of discount. You can wash the bottles and the labels wont come off and they also last a while. You can put them in the dish washer and it wont come off. I used it with my first baby for daycare and now I'm ordering for the second one

Soft cover is more flexible and we use 300gsm paper for the cover with gloss coating. It's still a great quality product and a perfect affordable option.
