I ordered 18 kt white gold and received a phone call that only 14 kt white gold would be available to ship within the promised window of time.
I ordered regular backs (not screw backs) and what did I receive? Screw backs. Not what I wanted. I reside out of the United States through the end of April and a visiting friend brought the earrings to me. I have no way of returning/exchanging the earrings for what I want until I return home in another 2 months.
Easy to navigate the website and find what I was looking for. Customer Service was very responsive and helpful when I reached out via email but I do wish there was a way to CALL.
