Highly likely depending on the merchandise when I receive it.

I spent around $2500 to buy myself a ring, i wanted to do something nice for myself. Initially the ring was gorgeous, but after only 3 months of wear, the ring looks fake and cloudy. Extremely disappointed. Never again will i buy a lab created fake. I'm not comfortable with shipping the ring back to agape for cleaning although they do offer free cleaning. Am i supposed to maim it to them everytime the ring starts to lose its shine? Which honestly is after a blink of an eye

This company is amazing, would highly recommend d to everyone. I saved thousands by purchasing a Lab Diamond. It came with a GIA certification. Took it and got it tested. Checked out as a real diamond. Worth every penny

Not a good experience with this purchase. I tried on the earrings did not like the look. I called to see if I can exchange for oval shaped but it was a no. So disappointed.

I didn't realize it would take 7-10 days for my order to shop. I couldn't find that information anywhere on the website. When the order did ship overnight FedEx lied saying they attempted delivery but I was home and no one came to the door. This isn't Agape's fault but a warning to maybe not choose FedEx if that's an option for you. The jewelry itself is very pretty but the matching bands are not the same shape and scratch my fingers.

Excellent service and delivered quickly. Nice selection and loved the way you could see the rings from every angle. Made is hard to choose because there were so many beautiful choices

Pictures did not do the ring justice. Very elegant and beautiful. Correct size and fits perfectly. From time of order to delivery was 2 1/2 weeks. Thank you

I started working with Nexus Diamonds and had a horrible experience so I switched to Agape Diamonds. They were AMAZING. I had lost my wedding ring so needed a replacement. I wasn't sure how things would look in person so ordered four rings (was a little nervous to do this) which was the max per order which they have posted on their site. They were all stunning but I went with the Round Set Trio with Baguette Accents. Exceeded my expectations and it's beautiful. They made the ordering process and return process very easy. Just make sure you don't remove the tags and keep all the original packaging and it won't be a problem. Love this company and will use them again plus recommend them to others. I'm in the customer service industry so understand the importance of good service. They knocked it out of the park.

Have been wanting to purchase a anniversary ring for my wife since I saw an Agape Diamonds advertisement on television several years ago at the beginning of the pandemic. The purchasing process is much improved, able to talk with a sales representative and have questions answered.

The cut and clarity were outstanding and the setting beautiful. Beyond my expectations. I would recommend agape diamonds to anyone looking for an exquisite piece of jewelry.

My wife is super excited about getting a stone and setting that she had some control over and that the stone was ethically produced. Her friends have yet to discern.

The order was several days delayed (versus promise at order time) and you might do well to let customers have access to information on each step - I was a little anxious because I did not have news until shipping date and FedEx tracking number.

Ordered an anniversary ring with Euro band for my wife to match her wedding ring and it is even better than described on the site. The gemstone quality is very high and the band is substantial and well designed. I shopped several local jewelers and online retailers and couldnt match the price or quality anywhere. Shipping was extremely fast. I chose the two-day option and it arrived on time despite me ordering late in the afternoon. Box and packaging are very nice. I will be a returning customer here.

I purchased the 2.o carat diamond studs for my wife as a Christmas gift. They were part of her wish list. She was extremely happy when she opened her gift. She has worn them every day since Christmas and has received plenty of compliments. I am truly grateful to Agape for making this precious moment happened.
