I was able to get a hold of someone each time I called and via email. Every question I had someone was able to answer and modify my order when I wanted to customize. Very professional company, definitely recommend!

Lost my wedding ring and my husband had my wedding band plus another band soldered to it so I was devastated when i lost it. Well we ordered the same ring with 2 bands and had them soldered before having it shipped to me! Not only did the ring look identical to my original but the whole process was so fast and everyone kept me updated! We will forever do business with Agape Diamonds!

The 5 stone emerald cut ring looks significantly different in person. The center Stone is seated higher than the picture and the 2 outside stones are set deeper and are much less visible than on your website.

The earrings looked much more sparkly on line. The halo was gorgeous, but the pear shaped center stone was disappointing in that it seemed dull compared to the halo stones.I would have returned them but I removed the sticker to try them on before I read that no returns after the sticker is removed. I would have liked to exchange for something else.

I planned to order a loose lab created diamond online to exchange with the simulated diamond that was in my engagement ring; however, I decided it may be best to call to make sure that everything was done appropriately. I had a promo code that was working when I was planning to order online, but I was told by the sales person that I could not use a promo code on any of the loose diamonds and that it was an error that it worked online. I thought they should honor it on the phone since it would have worked online, error or no error, but they refused. The ring is beautiful, but their customer service is lacking, as I was made to feel that I was doing something wrong to even ask, when it was their mistake that the promo code was working for online orders.

30 day return policy is a complete fraud. Cutting a string is not cutting a tag. How is someone going to try on a ring without trying it on? Horrible customer service. Website had me believing I was buying a lab manufactured diamond for my girl friend. She took it to a jeweler and he said the diamond was in fact glass. My girl friend was absolutely furious and rightfully so. Agape employees should all be sent to jail for theft. Degusting.

I purchased these earrings under the impression they were lab created. Maybe its my fault for not reading correctly. I tried them out anyways since I had them but I just feel they look super fake and for $850, its just not worth it. Customer service is great! I called twice and they were very helpful. I paid extra for 2 day shipping, which then fell on the holiday and it wasnt 2 day so I wasted my money but it is what it is.

Beautiful for costume jewelry I ordered originally because I thought they were real diamonds. This due to one of my first piece of jewelry costing the same amount. A real diamond bracelet. It cost the same amount that I paid for Agape's bracelet.

I purchased lab grown diamonds. Agape's website can be a bit misleading and every complaint I read a BBB was from folks who bought 'simulated' diamonds believing they were buying lab grown diamonds. I am satisfied with my purchase and best of all my wife is as well!

I had the best experience ordering the marching band for a ring my husband surprised me with for an anniversary gift. Ordering was easy and I had it within two and a half weeks. It is absolutely stunning!

My now fiancé is in love with her stunning ring! I initially purchased the ring without realizing what a simulated diamond was. When I emailed customer service to cancel the order, they quickly offered to replace it with a beautiful lab-grown diamond.

I purchased this for my wife as a her 50th birthday gift. As the chain it arrived with is pretty thin, if you want to better secure the pendant, my only recommendation is to upgrade the chain.

The ring was perfect but the special delivery that I paid for did not happen and we had to postpone our engagement party. FedEx did not attempt to deliver the package that I paid an extra $40 for.
Not a Happy Camper

I ordered a pair of earrings for my husband as a Christmas gift. They arrived as promised and I read the reviews but was still surprised at the quality and beautiful they were. The hubby was as excited as a 7 year old on Christmas morning.

I purchased an engagement ring and matching band for my now fiancé. I was blown away by the packaging to the quality of the diamonds and it even came with the paperwork to back up what was selected. My fiancé was very surprised and very pleased with my selection and the quality.

I ordered a ring and then needed to exchange it for a different one. The original shipped quickly and the return process was smooth and easy, and the new ring shipped quickly and is also excellent quality. Great experience from start to finish.

I Surprised my wife with a update engagement ring for her birthday. She loves it, she still getting compliments from her coworkers and people she doesn't know, on how it sparkles and pretty it is. My wife is very happy with her new ring.

Horrible customer service! Stay away they will send you product with missing stones. When you try to return it they will try to make you keep it or exchange it and once the exchange is done they tell you that you cannot return the new one because you're out of the return time frame, horrible business model.

I don't like the fact that the purchase can not be returned if I was not happy with the purchase. I did remove the tag from the necklace just to try it on and I wanted to return it because the diamond just didn't sit right on my neck. But the return policy states that the necklace has to have the tag attach to the merchandise in order to return it. Now I am left with a necklace I really don't care for. It's not like they can't recognize their own jewelry.
