Experience was great except for the delivery. I was to sign for the 2 carat earrings. I received a text my product was delivered and signed for by someone else! I was home also with door open and no knock or doorbell was done. Package just left on doorstep! Anyone could have picked this up and I would have no recourse because it was signed for. Not by me

I called to inquire about this item because I am totally unfamiliar with jewelry. They explained to me clearly, and up front, what the difference was between all the diamonds so I understood what I was buying.
I ordered 18 kt white gold and received a phone call that only 14 kt white gold would be available to ship within the promised window of time.
I ordered regular backs (not screw backs) and what did I receive? Screw backs. Not what I wanted. I reside out of the United States through the end of April and a visiting friend brought the earrings to me. I have no way of returning/exchanging the earrings for what I want until I return home in another 2 months.
I purchased the earring and necklace based on their description of the product and the included appraisal. But, Agape refused to represent the pieces the way they were described in the advertising. Instead, they issue a generic certificate of Appraisal which says absolutely nothing about the individual pieces. That felt like false advertising to me. On three separate occasions, I requested a specific appraisal for the pieces I purchased and they refused to give it to me. I did not like my experience at Agape Diamonds at all. Then, they tried to accuse me of defamation. Really, telling the truth is not defamation. They should be representing their products the way they are advertised.
Pendant was smaller than I thought it would be. I have returned the time per your instructions. I know you have received the pendant because of FedEx's signature requirement. Pendant was returned with tag attached and certificate of authenticity. Still waiting on credit to my card.
I was replacing a diamond ring that was lost. To my surprise not only was i able to purchase the ring we wanted but, also some beautiful solo diamond earrings. All came beautifully boxed and protected. And, like I said, she loved everything.
I did not realize the price was for only one earring as I've never purchased one earring at a time. I probably would not have made the purchase. However after discovering my mistake I went ahead and bought the second one. I hope anyone reading this doesn't make my mistake.

Words cannot express how beautiful this ring is. I ordered a lab grown 2 carat cushion cut diamond in a cathedral setting. It's more beautiful than I could ever imagine. This is the way to go when you want a beautiful diamond
To process a return you have to search their website and then open a ticket. They make it as difficult as possible and keep closing the ticket before finally assigning an RMA to return at your own expense. Had to keep logging back into a portal to see the status and only after asking a couple times do they finally respond. Beware, their return policy is not worry free. I purchased a very expensive CZ necklace and the "gold" chain was so cheap that it was unwearable. My wife tried it on and put it right back in the box. Took 30 days for them to finally deny the return stating the security tag had been cut. Very bad experience
I am very happy with the jewelry I purchased. I would have done things very differently had I known that the item was shipping to my billing address and NOT the shipping address that I put in at the time of purchase. 860 miles lie between them, and that was not easy. If possible, I recommend that you revise your website to inform folks of this policy of yours at the time of purchase. I discovered the issue by calling to get clarification on shipping destination - no one ever let me know. This was sufficiently disruptive that I don't intend to be a repeat customer.
Signature required for delivery. Only the three times a delivery attempt was made was 10:00 a.m. on a weekday. Had to contact fedx and have it delivered to my local fedx store for pick up during normal people hours.
The ring did not look at all like a real diamond, despite the advertising. Additionally, the ring came with "free" earrings. I did not know that I had to return my "free" gift - and then was charged $298 dollar for the "free" gift. This is lunacy.
From start to finish my experience with Agape was smooth and easy. Since I ordered a lab grown it was going to take a little longer to receive my order. I contacted customer service because I wanted to see about getting my ring sooner then expected because I was going to be traveling when it was to arrive. They said they could see if it could get out soon- which I understood, but they did it! I received the most stunning ring, thank you so much.
