I think the ring is beautiful but your company sent the wrong size. It should have been size 7 instead of size 4. I am waiting for a return label to return the ring. I don't have access to a computer and don't have a computer to send and receive orders. This is becoming a little frustrating. Please, send me the return label so I can return it for the right size. I am 75 years old and this is very confusing.HELP PLEASE. JUST LET ME RETURN THE RING FOR THE PROPER SIZE AND WE WILL BE GOOD.THANK YOU FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE IN THIS MATTER.

My ring is gorgeous and the price was very fair. It may take a little while to get customer service on the phone but they are very friendly and helpful. I'm very pleased with the quality and I would order again.

To order from agape is a very easy process and i happen to be very satisfied. It seems like a great way to buy jewelry. Be wary of these surveys as you have to come up with 50 words which means typing anything that comes to mind.

I have never made a negative review for any company or product until now. I bought a ring -- the setting was very nice which is why I rated this transaction a two star. However, the center stone was not clear, a little cloudy even. It does not look at all real. The matching band did not match. When I tried to return it, the company declined. So... I made a $2300 mistake. I will not wear it because it doesn't look nice.

Fast shipping, way cheaper than a jewelry store. One of the diamonds on the side of the main stone has what looks like a slight chip but no one noticed until I pointed it out. Overall very happy with the purchase

Everything went well with these beautiful earrings but they are so heavy, that they droop down where I can't see them. I would like to return them. I don't want to pay for earrings I can't wear. I will not purchase anything else unless this is made right.

I ordered the heart pendant and it arrived promptly and was beautiful. I wanted something pretty but with a 14 kt gold chain. I contacted customer service to inquire about a longer length and they were able to accommodate and I paid the difference. Would definitely buy from them again.

Issues with fed-ex. Required a signature, I was out of town. I set up a vacation delay for delivery but they came to try and deliver before vacation delay expired and sent back to shipper. Agape's staff sent it right back to me and I got it in only a few days. However, fed-ex dropped off the package and just left it at the door, no signature needed.

Ordered the ring and paid for two day shipping with the goal of getting it in time to propose on a specific date. Unfortunately it did not come in time and I had already made all of the other arrangements (dinner, hotel room, etc).

I am amazed of the quality and the fast delivery. Definitely will recommend Agape Diamond
