Easy purchase, item came via USPS which took it 2 weeks to arrive, however I believe this was the post office fault. Nevertheless it only leaves 2 weeks to possible process a return. Be sure to check your dates.
Experience was good. Satisfied with cut, clarity, and changed the carat of my ring after my purchase and the agent was able to change the carat and change the payment the same day without any delays.
I purchased a pair of earrings and when I took them to be evaluated I was told they are stamped CZ on stem! So even if they were simulated diamonds still shouldn't be stamped CZ! I want my money back but they will not give it back! Do not buy from this store/site, go find another more reputable vendor!
I've been waiting awhile to be able to order from Agape website…as the jewellery looked great &diamonds appeared so sparkling.I finally got on a plan that worked for me& order a pendant & earrings & I was every bit right on the quality &class of my pieces! Service was excellent as well!

The whole experience was great, I contacted customer service a few times, first to ask a question. They answered all my questions. I received the ring and it was too big. I called them, and they explained to me that I can resize it free of charge, and explained how to do ur. Jackie was so nice and such pleasure to speak with. I got my ring back and it fits beautifully. The delivery was quick and I am so pleased with my ring.
Although I ordered two items only one was made and shipped. The second part followed 2 weeks after but I had to contact you in order for it to be complete. Someone did not follow up on whether the order was complete or not.

Ordered with lab diamonds rather than the simulated. Little more money but well worth it. It is so much more beautiful and radiant in person. Website pictures did not do justice to the diamond earrings we received. Wife is over the moon happy but concerned that the 2 ct total weight is too much. I think she's getting used to them already! Recommend to any husbands who need to step up and surprise or just spoil your girl b/c you love to see her happy!
