Diamondère was very helpful and considerate. The were there to answer any questions I had about my order. The jewelry I received was absolutely beautiful. I have zero complaints!
Received confirmation that our jewelry had shipped, but for the better part of the week, no information was populating for the UPS tracking number. I reached out to Diamondare on multiple occasions, email and phone call leaving voicemails, to not hear back for 5 days. I finally got someone on the phone and they said they would contact UPS about the status of the package and then call me back later that day. They never returned the call so three days later I called again and spoke with someone who said they were going to reach out to UPS and then call me back. I did not get a return call again. However, the status of the package was finally updated and it delivered three days later.
The jewelry finally arrived, but I was really frustrated that no one could reach back out to me or respond to an email about the status of the order. The Jewelry is beautiful and well crafted. But customer service was very lacking.
Discovering your line was really nice after seeing nothing but the "big box" lines for so long. Finding a ring that I/my son/my wife all thought would be perfect for my sons girlfriend was thrilling. Placing the order and finding that a custom made piece could be (purportedly) delivered within 10 days was a fabulous surprise. The first delay (in manufacturing) was unpleasant, but not wholly unexpected. The affirmation that the delay would only be one day and the ring would be delivered in time for our special day was...comforting. The second delay (in delivery) was, again, unpleasant but not wholly unexpected as we have had problems with other UPS ("Oops") deliveries. Not being able to track the delivery was annoying and worrisome. The third delay (UPS again) with indications that the ring may have been lost was devastating, considering there was no time left for a Plan B. When the ring arrived in the nick of time and was quite beautiful and thrilled the recipient, I almost gave you a by on all the drama...but the reality is the ring in the display page that I selected it from had a deeper coloration and was gorgeous. I will have to think twice on ordering from you again.

All our questions were answered before placing the order. Very beautiful piece. UPS delivered it to our neighbor up the road (even though it was supposed to be signed for, which it was not). Luckily, we have good neighbors and they brought it to us. Will be ordering other items in the future.

Stressful. I got a few delays and mentioned how I needed the ring by a certain date. I said I would pay extra to expedite it but they wouldn't let me. Luckily, I got the ring in time.

Ring was good quality and authentic without any scratches and looks like a high level of quality went in to making of the wrong. However delivery was a bit late which almost missed the mark. If you can improve delivery experience, it will be 5 star for me.
