When I did my first round of searching for my future wife's ring, I quickly ran across Diamondere. I saw it. I saw "THE RING" that I needed to get. But, probably like you, I was skeptical to partner with an online company. I have always had it in my head that I would go into a brick and mortar store and find the ring. Once I saw this, I told my fiancé that I found IT. She was excited.
Working with Cherie in customer service was a dream. Highly communicative and transparent, I knew exactly where things were through the whole process. One of my favorite parts is when she asked me to tell my story for inspiration. What a sweet touch to the process! She reminded me that engraving was also included, and while I was on the fence, that pushed me off and I did pursue engraving.
I have seen some beautiful rings in my day, but this one is my favorite for so many reasons. It is just... stunning. She has had it for a couple weeks and continues to remind me how much she is crazy about how beautiful this ring is.

There were multiple delays that caused a lot of stress. The delivery date was pushed back almost 3 weeks past the original date. I was fortunate that you were able to expidite the shipping for me and for that I am grateful. The emerald also had a lower clarity then I was expecting. It seems a but cloudy and there's some blemishes.
