They sent us the wrong part entirely and will not respond to our contact requests. On their website they have removed all contact information aside from a form you can fill out. They are obviously scammers, avoid at all cost.
I purchased a part which only this seller carried. It didn't work with my camera, so I returned it - foolishly on my part, by first class mail. The company kept claiming they never received the return for nearly a month after it shipped, then, out of the blue a month later, claimed they received it broken and showed me a picture of some other customer's order. They probably didn't realize that the serial number was printed on the PCB.
Have been buying from this seller for years. Always has what I need & sends quickly. Prices very reasonable. Helpful when the rate problem arises (generally due to Australia Post our end). Not sure about the bad reviews but that has not been my experience. I purchased a replacement LCD screen for a Sony Camera. When I received the part and installed - it did not work. DHcamera promptly mailed me another one - no questions asked. When I attempted to install - I am not sure if it was the part or my installation but I could not get it to work. I shipped the camera and the part back to DHcamera and included payment for return shipping. In about one week from the time I mailed my camera - it was mailed back to be fully repaired. If that is not absolutely great service - then i do not know what is considered great surface. John M.
I ordered an o-ring for my camera housing on 6/17. On 6/18 I received a shipping email. When I hadn't received it by the 6/25, I started sending emails, which were never answered. Finally on 6/28 I canceled my credit card charge. Won't order from them again.
We bought a gopro camera through Walmart and when we received it the camera didn't work at all! I suspect it was a counterfeit camera because it was all packed in ziplock bags and despite charging the battery only, a blue flashing light came on. Walmart should not do business with this company if they are not going to deliver a real product, DON'T BE SCAMMED! Better off going directly to the store to buy your camera and avoid DH cameras at all cost! Had to report fraud on my credit card to get money back from the bank.
No customer service, no response, no recourse, are you people doing anything other that sending out $#*! $#*! cameras and collecting money. YOU WILL GET LESS THAN YOU ASKED FOR WITH NO RESPONSE OR SUPPORT!
Avoid this seller at all costs. It's been a massive headache for me and I'm now out of pocket, without having ever received the item.

I bought an item from their website (dhcameras.com) on 17. 02. 14. They sent me completely the wrong item. I contacted them five times between 22.02 and 14.03 asking them to send the correct item. They didn't respond at all. Eventually I placed a claim through Paypal and the money was refunded.
I could only find this replacement part via their business, so purchased again – this time via eBay. Purchase happened on 24. 03. 14. The item hadn't arrived by 02.04, and the tracking code was showing that USPS had still not received the package so I contacted the seller asking them to post.
DH Cameras informed me that it had been posted on 25. 03. 14 and that "We used USPS first class mail to ship your part which doesn't include a tracking number."
So I asked why they had given the transaction a tracking number. They responded, "We use first class mail to ship the part which doesn't include the tracking number while Ebay needs us to you a tracking number. That's why you will see that number."
So I waited and the item still wasn't delivered. On 11. 04. 14 I contacted them to tell them it had still not been delivered, and asked for a refund. They didn't respond, or send a refund so I opened a case via eBay.
Meanwhile the tracking code (which they had told me did not relate to the sale) changed to delivered. I asked for proof that the code was for a package sent to my address, and proof that it had been signed for. They did not respond, and escalated the claim for eBay's consideration. Because the (according to them: unrelated) tracking code showed as delivered, eBay closed the case in their favour. I still don't have the item.
