I ordered an o-ring for my underwater camera housing and received it within 5 days. This was the 4th site I attempted to order it from and was pleasantly surprised to receive not only a shipping notice but the actual item.

I ordered an o-ring for my camera housing on 6/17. On 6/18 I received a shipping email. When I hadn't received it by the 6/25, I started sending emails, which were never answered. Finally on 6/28 I canceled my credit card charge. Won't order from them again.

I ordered an o-ring for my underwater housing. After a month, it hadn't come, so I emailed them several times, and never got a response. I finally called, but their mailbox was full. I finally had to go to my credit card company and get the charge taken off.

I ordered an o-ring for my camera housing, and after 3 weeks I hadn't received it. My emails went unanswered and they don't pick up messages from their phone. Scam? I think so. I have filed for a refund with paypal.
