BEWARE!
BEWARE! I never review on line as myself, don't read the on line reviews. My friend bought me a UBOAT watch worth over $2200. 00 on AMAZON using DEXCLUSIVE as a third party seller. Tried to contact DEXCLUSIVE through AMAZOn and they wanted to not deal with it. Tried the A-Z guarantee on AMAZON without any luck. Please, before spending your money go to an authorized dealer. DEXCLUSIVE are fraudulent. I would rather buy the knock off's from the Chinese sites. I will now take my watch to a watchmaker to verify and go after DEXCLUSIVE. Stay away from this company and AMAZON. Both have no professionalism in dealing with a legitimate issue.

I ordered a stainless steel watch strap from Dexclusive for a Philip Stein watch. After 3 months, the strap is broken, and the company says there is no warrantee on it, nor will they fix it. So, I spent good money for an expensive strap that didn't even last 1 year. They are blaming me, saying I had it sized to fit my wrist, thus causing it to break. This is fiction. I never had it sized at all, and they never asked if it had been sized. Please people, do not buy from this company. I suspect this watch strap is not a genuine Philip Stein, but is likely a knock-off.

By FAR the worst experience I have ever had purchasing online - and through Amazon.com no less. They are complete scam artists and I am very sure that they are selling counterfeit Raymond Weil watches. BEWARE they are also operating under the name of Ultralux watches. When I was sent the exact same WRONG watch from Overstock.com as I received from Amazon - I was convinced. They sent the wrong style and it stopped working after about a month. Then they told me to send it back to them and they would send it back to the Raymond Weil. The watch was returned to me damaged/stained ON THE INSIDE on the face. I am still in a huge dispute with Amazon because the 30 days period has past. I had to file a dispute with my credit card. These people will give you the run around for weeks until the time expires. They are VERY bad people and I have been ripped off by $850.

Worst seller i have meet, just bought a watch in ebay worth $300+ and message me an old tracking code from a different transactions, that was dated 1 year ago form a different buyer... and he was not replying to fix the problem and no update status after paying him... i feel i have been scam by this seller.

PLs PLs dont buy from this seller, even he has a high transaction points in ebay... it will just give u problem and headache. WORST seller i have meet in ebay.

I bought a Suunto D6i dive computer watch from Dexclusive. The watch failed after 3 weeks. I contacted Dexclusive's support: at first they tried to blame me, they made me read the whole manual again and watch some videos, then they finally acknowledged the problem. They asked me to send it back at my expenses for "repair" (Repairing a "new" watch? No replacement?). Here I am still waiting for my "new" and expensive watch to be glued and repaired.
I contacted Suunto and learned DEXCLUSIVE IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED SUUNTO DEALER. I feel cheated.

I ordered a watch from this site on February 1,2013. My first draw to this website was the significant discount offered on the watch (approximately 35%). After doing some preliminary research, I determined that the website had enough satisfactory reviews to make me feel at ease with proceeding with my purchase.

Within hours of placing my order, I received a call from a representative at dexclusive.com stating that they could not verify my billing information on my credit card. Having been through this before with other sites (the error stems from my credit card issuer not correctly updating my billing address), I was worried that I would have to go through a lengthy approval process with multiple calls being made between dexclusive customer service and my credit card issuer. Nope. Instead, the dexclusive representative simply told me that they would place a small charge on my credit card that I would need to verfiy (similar to the verification process for PayPal). After verifying the amount placed on my credit card, my order was placed into the system and I received it 3 buisiness days on February 6th (via free shipping option). The watch I received was exactly what I ordered and represented accurately on the website.

Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of the product, the timely delivery, and the hands-on customer service that I experienced in placing my order. The fact that a live customer representative contacted me over the phone to verify my identity and help place the order shows me that this business is one of the few that still values its customer's needs and satisfaction. Based on my experience, I will buy again from dexclusive and I would recommend them highly to a friend or family member.

"The watch arrived within a few days, boxed like a premium watch would be packaged and in good condition, with protection over the crystal and back that peeled off easily! I love the watch (it's very thin) and the titanium band is modern-looking. I'd send these Skagen watches as a gift any time as well."

On the 17th I ordered a watch as a Christmas (#*******)present from Dexclusive. I paid for 2nd day delivery to assure that my gift would arrive on time. On the 20th the money was taken out of my account and I received an email stating that my order was ready to ship. Then today I check my email as was told that the order was cancelled. (Not everyone checks their email everyday and I was not worried because I received a shipping email) When I called I was told that it was cancelled because of a quality control issue and my money was refunded. (I was disconnected once and on hold for a total of 30 minutes) I called the bank they said it had not nor was there anything waiting to be credited. The lady on the phone said that I could reorder but I would have to pay the over night shipping and there is no guarantee I would get my gift on time. Now I'm out the gift, I'm out the money and feel someone there should have been willing to help me, but nothing. Thanks for the holiday spirit. Its the 23rd now and I still have not received my money. Why is it that when you purchase something on the internet, they take your money out instantly but refunds take days?
