In the beginning they created a logo for my wife's blog for $700.00 dollars, and then wanted another $1,000 dollars for the copy write contract and 2 year maintenance agreement. They designed the logo and gave some template for the blog and never went live. We kept requesting the contract and never responded and wanted more content and pictures. We did not because I'm positive they would have asked for more money without the Copy Write contract.
Unfortunately my wife's dream of a great food blog that could help many people overcome health issues and general well being, is now just a bitter mistrust with a hard lesson learned.
I want other people to not fall victim to unethical business practices and people.
If anyone every puts a high pressure sales for money, BE AWARE make sure you get everything in writing before hand those contract hold people accountable on both sides.
After paying nearly $5000 over 2 1/2 years I've given up. This company is fraudulent and a total scam for sucking up money. The website was never completed. A total waste of time and money. Learn from my mistakes. Run!
Design proficient is a great company, been dealing with them also a year now. Jay is very special, always pick up my calls when I need him the most and he attends to my needs at a timely manner. Their digital marketing services are good. I have used their social media and SEO services and I am satisfied with them. Although there were some issues in the starting but at the end things workout fine.

He is a professional and I want to thank him for his follow up. Harry was kind and patience with me. We had countless e-mails and he responded efficiently & quickly to all correspondence. This company is full of FRAUD and scam artists that gouge you every chance they get. They built me a website that disappeared when I went to use it. You might as well set your money on fire or throw it in the trash. That is a better use of your hard-earned money. At least you can use the fire to warm your hands.
I have working with design proficient for last few months and they have treat me like family. They provided me more than 10 web design reviews with custom changes in each. Now, Finally me design is completed and looks amazing. Great work team for all the efforts and support.

We are using another company and are unable to get our domain released in spite of just renewing it for 5 years. Dexmedia released it for no charge but Design Proficient won't release unless we pay 299.00$. I can not encourage anyone enough to check this company out with the BBB. They have an F rating with multiple complaints.

They will attract you with great pricing but they will always ask you for more and more money and will never deliver the final project. They will ignore your calls and emails. Impossible to reach them.
Contracted for a fairly large project in May and agreed each time they asked for more money. 6 months later they could not complete the project and said they had processed a refund. It never came and they said there was a "problem with the merchant provider" and they would send screen shots that the refund was processed on their end. They never sent anything and I finally went through the credit card for a chargeback.
I have two words that will help you when deciding whether or not to do business with Design Proficient; RUN AWAY! I spent over $1k for a website and logo package, it's almost 2 years later and I have ZERO to show for my investment. From my results I can speak with certainty that this company will literally take your money and leave you like an orphan along the side of the road. Be wise and avoid giving them your hard earned money!

They are only interested in taking your money - there is no website developing going on. They charged my card without asking me and then denied it. I should have looked at the reviews here.
If it's too good to be true then it's probably a scam. Stay away. Google ads should not be selling ad space to these crooks.

I have unfortunately haven't done my due diligence and went ahead with the purchase of an eCommerce website. This company is not based in the US or UK. If you send them an email with read ticket it will come back with a time zone of Pakistan/India.
They are incompetent, have not got a clue about websites.
They have taken the money never provided an invoice. Somehow I have managed to get back £200. I am taking legal actions and try to find these people / to get their websites closed.
From the beginning, it was a hassle. They constantly asking for more cash, debiting my card without my authorization, they never do the corrections as per instructions. A real nightmare. They say they are located in San Francisco, which is NOT TRUE, they are located somewhere 12 hours after Central Time. We purchase an editor package, the product they deliver a kindergarten could have written it better. Just Awful.

I was told over and over as well as in writing and on in contract that if I am not 100% satisfied with their service it is a 100% money back guarantee. All lies and redundancy. My project was passed off to over 4 individuals that kept requesting the same information that I had already given. From the beginning it was a hassle, constantly asking me for more money and debiting my card over 2,000 with out my permission. I am still waiting on a refund of $2,000 that they are now refusing and no web sight. As for the non completed wed content, misspelled words and poor grammar. Yes they use different names and locations.
They stole our money! Had a website being created since 2019! They claimed people died from COVID and blah blah blah. Went ghost for about a month. Now they don't want to refund. Wasted time, money, and tears. Daniel Smith, Alex, Brad, Ethan, and Shawn... all Indian scammers with American sounding names. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
