Please do your research before hiring this company. I hired them to design a website and after they kept calling me time and again trying to sell me more products I finally got frustrated and charged back the amounts through my bank. My wife and I did not see the dispute come back through our bank and missed the deadline to respond. That is totally on us. I thought maybe Design Proficient would be reasonable and refund a portion of the $7000 for a website that was nowhere near completed. I wasn't asking them to not get paid for the work they completed. I was just asking them to evaluate the quality of work and refund the difference. Believe me, this was nowhere near a $7000 website. When I called they said that they won the dispute fairly and told me they could resume work on the website for more money. DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS COMPANY FIRST. Just look at the BBB complaints, I wish I had.
They didn't deliver what they promised and they refused to refund me. Customer service was mediocre and I was contacted twice to change their review "because it might drive potential clients away" but they refused to help with the issue. Be aware that the website they create for you will have viruses and many hidden fees. If they promise you a manual that will let you modify on your own, be aware that it in fact will not allow you to make many of the changes unless you understand special coding which you then end up having to pay them to handle the modifications. They were a nightmare to work with. Please do thorough research if you really wish to test them out.
Was told I'd receive a discount of $800+ and was pressured into doing a down payment. After speaking with my broker, I was told in oil nt have my own web site and to wait until I become a broker to get ym own web site. Afyer trying to get my down payment back, they refuse. There's no contract to obligate me to forfeit a down payment. This is total scamming. Gojg. Through my bank. To get the funds back.

When I first spoke with them they seemed all nice but that is only until they get your money, once you pay them their customer service goes down the drain.
They claim to be an Australian company but yet could not provide me with their ABN or ACN and the address they have on their website is a virtual office located in the city which does not exist.
Seems that design proficient have scammed other people according to other negative reviews I have found out about them online.
Stay away from these scammers.

Also, if you do deal with them. Make sure to get an invoice and record ALL telephone conversations with them (make sure and let them know they are on a recorded line). I recorded everything...
It's been over a year and I still don't have an operational website! You have to really stay on top of them and don't count on any timelines they give you!
This company did a horrible job for me. They never competed my site, bringing my online business to a complete fail. They never returned my money. This company is a complete scam job and they do not give refunds. They are thieves and scammers. Do not fall for the hype. Call the BBB and see their true rating is an F.
Don't believe all of the fake 5 star reviews they have relieved here as these same reviews have been found posted online for their other scam companies such as:

Design Proficient operate under many different domain names and post up lots of fake positive reviews, when they get a lot of negative reviews they simply change domain and operate under a new domain name.
Do not get scammed like so many other people have.
I have working with design proficient for last few months and they have treat me like family. They provided me more than 10 web design reviews with custom changes in each. Now, Finally me design is completed and looks amazing. Great work team for all the efforts and support.
Due to Covid 19 I have to move my business online, Design Proficient help me create a perfect website with engaging marketing campaign for my products. When I select their custom digital marketing package, I was shady with pricing but in the end it was worth spending.
Purchased a logo package, the team was excellent to work with and suggested many different types of designs. They worked with me through numerous back-and-forth design changes and adjustments until the final product was decided on. Once this was complete they provided a complete set of media file types so that I could create any type of document such as business cards, letterhead, web ads, etc. I would highly recommend Design Proficient if you need a competent firm to create a logo package.

I asked Design Proficient to create a custom logo for a side business that my husband and I have out of our home to build rustic farmhouse decor. From my initial email to them, inquiring about prices to the final, finished approved product with the files delivered to me for downloading (which included back-and-forth conversations with up to four revisions) was a total of 10 days. They were very responsive and worked quickly to meet our needs. My husband and I are happy with the service we received and with our final logo.
Truly a "must experience" company. The designs are creative and new. The services are professional and very helpful for those who don't fully know what they want or need. Inspirational work and very admirable all the way around. As far as prices, highly satisfying. Thanks again Design Proficient.
