on 6/3/19It was very easy to get in contact with them. Each call and email was either answered or responded to promptly.
Well this morning I called and there service disconnected me 8 times with out anyone answering. Their web site chat option was equally as disappointing. Finally I was able to reach someone, and they did not help, only transferred me to my project manager. Who I Did not want to talk too. So there customer service is at best very poor.
