How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Design Proficient?

It was very easy to get in contact with them. Each call and email was either answered or responded to promptly.

Well this morning I called and there service disconnected me 8 times with out anyone answering. Their web site chat option was equally as disappointing. Finally I was able to reach someone, and they did not help, only transferred me to my project manager. Who I Did not want to talk too. So there customer service is at best very poor.
