I had a great experience with Designer Appliance. Everything was quite simple. Eventhough I had an issue wth the initial delivery, they resolved it quickly. Im very satisfied and would order from them in the future.

Very professional service! I like the refrigerator, but it's not counter depth, as I had thought. So, it does not fit directly under my new cabinets, which is disappointing. Not this company's fault. I know that there is a shortage at the moment, so I'll place a new order next year for a 24'x24' refrigerator.

Nice clean web interface made shopping experience very intuitive. Information and specification are clearly displayed along with enough photos of appliance. Customer service was great and they even rescheduled the delivery date without any hassle. I am yet to open the appliances since my kitchen remodel is not complete yet.

Simple easy to navigate site. Some minor issue at checkout where shipping step was stuck and spinning. No big deal though.
Have not opened the grill yet. Will update after use. Shopping Experience was just right.

Check out was slow, but perhaps my wifi dropped when I tried to use PayPal. Then, product was was received from shipping company boxed, with no apparent damage. When opened, we found back top panel bent and missing the screws. We later found paperwork showing this item was originally sold to and returned by Home Depot. We did not realize we were purchasing a previously sold/returned product. It seems to work fine, however.

Great price and website. However Federal Express delivered the 2 air conditioners to the wrong house. They (fed ex) were not too helpful in rectifying this mistake. I had to drive thru the neighborhood and find my stuff on my own. Use another shipper. Otherwise i would buy again from DA.

Later- The delivery time was longer than stated, however - 8 Days vs 48 hours, as advertised on website. Otherwise, product and price were perfect.

Easy purchase at a good price. I had some issues with delivery company. They refused to provide white glove service and their delivery window was non negotiable. I don't fault Designer Appliances for this, but should be aware of the companies they to do business with. Overall appliances arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with purchase. Will purchase again from them in the future.

Process was quick and easy.

I wish I had been told for instance there was no water line included for install. Not a huge deal, just a things you will need to install upon delivery.

It took a little longer than I would have liked, but overall a good experience and I saved over 300 dollars on the refrigerator that I wanted.

If would be more helpful if the once an order is placed if a prompt question appears asking if any additional hardware will be required for this purchase. After my equipment was delivered is when I was made aware I need a bracket to install. That took another week to get.

Easy to order...Web site stated a delivery of a few days...this was important to me...however when the delivery day arrived I only received an e mail stating the it will be two weeks out...the item needed to come from the manufacturer...to me this was unacceptable I could have gone elsewhere and received the filters in two days...
I probably will not use theses guys again...

So Far So Good. Will see if you will be the 1st of 4 previous suppliers who has the item as described/Model # matched with the correct product, in stock, and it arrives! Appliance was delivered on time and packaged well. I need to plug it in and make sure it works, but am happy thus far.

Overall experience in purchasing a dishwasher was very good. I would recommend to friends and purchase products in the future from Designer Appliances. One comment on the delivery notes on the website; the delivery company did not recognize your inclusion of 1 flight of stairs. They only sent one person.

I had a great overall experience. The chat feature was easy to use and quickly let me know my request was possible. I ended up calling in the order because of the express delivery. The customer service rep was personable, knowledgeable, quick and extremely helpful. He got the order in right away so it could get out right away. I will definitely look to designer appliances in the future.

But I am in the middle of moving, so have not had a chance to try out my toaster, and won't for another week or so.
It is so very cute though, I can't wait to put it on my kitchen counter and use it!

Found same model refrigerator 136.00 cheaper, free shipping and no taxes on line after ordered. And I was told when I called you would not match price. Of course during presidents day sales it was even cheaper was also told it would be installed but all the delivery people did was get it in the house, I even had to haul off the packaging
