It was a great experience. I was hesitant to order appliances online, but the savings were so great that I decided to go for it. The items were shipped in the time frame that I was provided at checkout. One item arrived damaged; however it WAS NOT due to Designer Appliances or the delivery company. Given the type of damage, I was supposed to contact GE directly but Designer Appliances stepped in did a three way call so that all of the appropriate questions were asked and answered by GE. They even went as far as to follow up with GE and myself to make sure that a replacement was being sent. Designer Appliances has outstanding customer service and I would definitely purchase from them again.
Easy to order. Also easy to find items on your site we've been looking for. Thank you so much for the 12 months no interest! We haven't opened and installed the ice maker yet as the cabinetry hasn't been installed yet. Can't wait to use it though!

Delivery was NOT good. I wouldn't use these 3rd party delivery service again. They didn't show up and when I called to find out why, they gave a lame excuse. The next day they were late by two hours. The delivery guys treated my appliances like they were junk.
There were some issues with my first delivery date and some communication problems (some were my fault, some were your fault). Ultimately I ended up satisfied, the delivery guys were quick, good and friendly, and the products are working well so far.
The ordering process was easy and efficient and the price was great.
The delivery service was not so good. The delivery was supposed to have been scheduled before delivering and we were not contacted before the appliance was dropped in my driveway on ice while we were not home. The outer box had some damage and I have not had an opportunity to confirm the condition of the microwave yet although the inner box did not seem damaged.
Found this site by accident looking for the best place to buy my Bosch dishwasher. Site was easy to negotiate and the information was clear. I may be in the market for a refrigerator soon, and this may be the first place I look once I decide the model I want.
The purchase and such was great. The extensive wait for delivery was frustrating at best. The trucking company was horrible recording their tracking and not very friemdly when I called. However the gentlemen that actually delivered our order were great.
I contact customer service about returning the item order, but am getting the runaround they state they send email which I never recive when I call then I will recive email? I still have not got the return conformation
The site is very easy to use and good looking. The sales reps were all professional and great to deal with. However, delivery person was a complete different story.
The delivery person was rude and did not follow the schedule. He arrived earlier than the scheduled window (9AM to 11AM) by 40 mins and threatened to leave because no one was on site. I had to make multiple phone calls trying to get someone to take delivery and he completely ruined my morning. At the end my contractor arrived 10 mins before 9AM to take delivery. The delivery guy knew he had to stay until the given window but lied to me the whole time about leaving.
Best price and great customer service. It took FEDEX 5 yes 5 business days to deliver this item from North Jersey to South Jersey. I could have walked there and gotten it faster.
I found exactly what I needed with the Blomberg washer and dryer and the free shipping. I checked around and shipping elsewhere would have costed as much as the appliances. Communication was excellent from the time I purchased until I received. A+++!
I purchased Fisher & Paykel water filters from Designer Appliances before. This time around I ordered a "green" brand replacement filter. One filter did not fit and the other leaked. I will return to Designer Appliances for Fisher & Paykel OEM water filters from now on.
Would have been nice if installers could have switched sides for the door hinges, as requested, but seems that's not included. Other than that, great experience

So far, experience is good; delivery was on time and very prompt. I have not heard of Designer Appliances before but this experience overall was better than other highly rated on lines sites

I received item in great condition! So far it is working great! I had to personally contact GE as they do not supply an owners manual, but one is on the way. I had problems with not being able to pull up the whole manual online. Right now I am mostly guessing at the controls from my previous units, but all is good.
