They've been a breeze to work with. There were times when I thought the transition from LiquidWeb to DeluxeHosting would have been difficult, but they rose to the occasion and worked overtime to make sure my sites were running properly throughout. Even went the extra mile and helped me with my DNS.
This is my second recent poor experience with Deluxehosting. My outbound e-mail was blacklisted and bounced to important business contacts because someone on the shared hosting server assigned to me (unrelated to my domain) was compromised, as a result of poor security. The advice from Delxuehosting was to use my ISP's SMTP server while they fix the issue. I think this was intended to be helpful advice, but my ISP's SMTP server will only support their domain name (e.g. *******@cox.net) not my business domain name, which is precisely why I pay for Dexluehosting, defeating the purpose of a business account. At the same time, they only partially fixed the issue, and I had to go back to advise that my domain was still on another blacklist, during which time mail bounced. Poor quality.
Our business website and email were migrated over to DeluxeHosting when they bought out LiquidWeb. In the last couple of weeks our wordpress site was hacked and every time we tried to work with them, they blamed it on our site even though there were multiple reports out there of sites being hacked and down. At the very end of our terrible experience with their support our site was even turned into a phishing site to get Paypal passwords. They would not assist us in migrating to our new hosting company, and we had to do the migration quickly because of the effect on our business of having our website and email down. I personally was unable to configure my email client on my Mac to pop my email, or even IMAP, despite using the settings listed in the email help in time. I've now lost thousands of emails related to correspondence with clients and other businesses. TERRIBLE.
The worst webhosting I have ever worked with. My websites were transferred to them from LiquidWeb because Liquidweb sold their semi-dedicated services to DeluxeHosting. 2 of my websites were removed/deleted once everyweek and they could not tell who is deleting them. Their answer is: Our logs do not show an unusual activities. Sometime they resotre the webstes and sometimes I do. Now they stopped even replying to my emails on who deleted the 2 websites a few days ago. STAY AWAY. The worst ever.
Quick and excellent Customer Service response. And uptime is high. I recommend them to anybody who are interested in getting quality services at modest rates.

Haven't really had any issues with their service. Pricing could be better, but everyone always wants dirt cheap. I will say that the inclusion of WordPress in the account made this phenomenally easy.
I can't say a single bad word about them. The prices are great value & the tech support is second to none.
Dealing with other hosts on behalf of clients makes me thankful I use DeluxeHosting.
It's going on almost a week and the email server is down? Really, I could replace my computer the next day

Haven't had to call once. Billing has been easy, as has logging in. The only thing I've been concerned about was having to change my DNS, but their system is easy and made that a breeze.

I had several sites hosted here for several years. Recently noticed an issue with emails - as in, we weren't getting any. So I opened a ticket. The next morning, nothing had changed so I got onto the support chat, and the guy on there said that another account on the shared server was doing something that interrupted our email services, so he was going to disable it.
So why didn't the ticket the night before catch the issue? Apparently their monitoring only kicks in for activity levels higher than what was being seen - although clearly if the activity was sufficient to disrupt our email services then their warning levels are too low. And why didn't my ticket make them at least look closer at it?
They said "oh, so sorry" and offered to move my account to a server with a newer version of cPanel installed, which they said would reduce the chance of future issues.
Several weeks of back and forth followed with them sending an email asking something about the proposed transfer, me following up quickly and them answering after several days with further questions.
The transfer did finally start, but never completed. They sent an email asking if I was available for a call that day or the next. I answered "sure, call anytime". Can you guess what happened next?
That's right - no call, and no response to follow-up emails (thanks again, Zackary!)
But when I requested that my account be cancelled, they replied almost immediately.
And when I asked about a refund for the remaining term, same thing - a quick response referring to the terms and conditions stating no refunds would be given.
So, yeah... my recommendation would be stay well clear of Deluxe.
Ideal customer support! Any problem you have such as (ssl, cron... anything u need). The support team is at your rescue, either through phone or live chat! I give them an A+++!.
I've never had a more responsive team able to help me with my issues. They're always there on the phone and the ticketing team is phenomenal with follow up.
Stay away from this hosting provider. Their support never follows up, never actually submits support tickets, and doesn't know what they are doing. Site and email has been down all day. Everyone i talk to has said there was no support ticket submitted. Its been supposedly submitted 3 times each time I talk to someone but when I call later asking for the status, no one knows anything and nothing was submitted. Their support techs don't know what they are doing either as they keep telling me that I need to pay for additional services for things to work when I know for a fact you do not.
Called the next day asking for a status. The ticket has been jumping around the different tiers of service each one telling the other to take care of it. They won't even respond to their own tech support manger's notes to take care of the issue. I then get excuses, sorry we don't have the staff available, sorry we have to wait till the billing team comes back during the weekdays, sorry I can't provide an update because the techs aren't responding to me. What the hell? How can you run a hosting company like this?
