I too was just moved from Liquid Web to DeluxeHosting.com and my small personal phpBB and WordPress sites are twice as slow, confirmed by my site monitors. They messed with, corrupted or lost so many files in the move that I needed to restore all my sites from backups. I will also be looking for a new host. Thanks for the abandonment Liquid Web! What's next, sellout to EIG!?
I don't know what it take to keep the magic of the internet working BUT I know that in 20 years of using various hosting providers I've never been in a situation like this.
NO email for 4 days for my business with no light at the end of the tunnel.
Nothing they can do to help.
No way to forward my mail somewhere else.
For 4 days at the moment maybe 5 tomorrow.
They lost 2 domain names of mine which is now worth $20k. I am livid.
I've opened 2 support tickets spaced 1 month apart asking them for an explanation and how it can be fixed but no response whatsoever.
Do NOT give them your money. Change to a reliable hosting provider as soon as you can!
My site was being hosted by another hosting service and without my knowledge was sold to Deluxe Hosting. It took quite a long time to find out where I had to go to renew my Domain Name. Finally found out it was Deluxe hosting. They were helpful and courteous.
The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I believe the company that your site is sold to should send you an email notification and tell you how and where to login.
TLDR: I am shopping for a new host. Do not use this company.
I was with Liquid Web for many years and was always very happy with the support received. Then they sold a group of accounts to Deluxe. I had no issues until I needed support. Specifically, my sites were infected with the HoeflerText" malware. After being told everything was clear, it showed up again on a subdomain. I was again told everything was fine and it has popped up again on the same subdomain.
It has now been over 12 hours since I informed support that the malware had not been removed and I have heard nothing. I have no faith that support will be able to deal with the issue or that they are concerned with my situation at all.
Looking for a new host.

Team did a great job following up with our ticket and getting our issue resolved as quickly as possible. Our WordPress had not been upgraded in some time so they helped us get things all sorted out once more and sent us more information on how to keep our account secure.
They have pretty good support, it's really fast, helpful. And the services are good, cheap as well! I totally recommend hosting on their website, it's just amazing.

I am a client of DeluxeHosting. I have a new issue needing advanced support at least once per month and I know that I can always count on their team to help me get out of a jam. They could probably be triple the price of any other company and it would still be worth it for the support they provide.
I was a Liquidweb customer for 15 years before DeluxeHosting took over. Every interaction I've had with them has been terrible. Customer service is rude, condescending, and not helpful. For example, I can't access their client area. One rep wrote back and said the login error is a known issue with their site, with no ETA for a fix. The next rep wrote back an hour later and said it's working fine, it must be user error, and I'm on my own. Really? Gee, thanks. It's taken me days to make one single update to my site, and I'm still locked out. Of course they don't care, responses are slow and ambivalent. I'm done paying for the runaround when there are so many reputable, responsive companies out there.

PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE! This host is beyond bad. They not only LOST my client's domain but has been sending me in circles trying to figure out why his Domain is pointing to ANOTHER HOST! The customer service is non-existent and will not listen to anything you say. If you love having large headaches, your hosts servers going down at random times for seemingly no reason, or just torture then this is the host for you! $#*! you Deluxe Hosting and an even bigger $#*! you to SimpleHost.
I can't explain with words how satisfied we are with DeluxeHosting service. Their Servers are stable, quick, and customer support is always there and extremely helpful in every way. Highly and Strongly recommend.
And how you wish you could feel this confident with your work relationships. Well I've found it! I'm SO thankful for them. My site was compromised by hackers; they got in so deep that I was considering having my entire site wiped clean. I had actually asked Deluxe Hosting to do just that. I have around 4 email threads, with 30+ conversations, about different parts of my site. I have full control over my entire site but I'm not entirely savvy in code & such. I've been so thankful to have Deluxe Hosting there at always reply to my emails of woe and distress. And they never judge me.:-D At least not to my face. Haha I'll never leave them!

Excellent service they provide. Guy on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a problem earlier in the week and to insure that it would be fixed he stayed on the line with me and worked to insure things were corrected. When the email did not go through he alerted me and asked me to send it to a different location.
