They charged me all at front which i was not sure at first. It eventually did work and i was glad to see that they used Usps which was cheaper then other courier service provider. In short i have my package delivered safe and sound. Had a good communication with the team and shipper. Overall satisfied with this company. Good to refer.

These guys are legit! I wasn't sure ant first, even though I saw some positive reviews. I got my package in two weeks to Canada! I had asked another company to get a particular item from Sweden, however after weeks of giving me the run around, ( and I had been using them for a few years) they said they couldn't purchase it on my behalf and then send it. This company did. AND! The shipping was more than 50% cheaper! Also, the communication was nearly daily, and multiple options for shipping and other requests. They will be my go to, going forward and I have been using two other mail forward companies in Europe. I will see how their USA services are as well, and replace the mail forwarder I use there.

I have to say i was not so confident at first using the website and services. Website interface need some improvement. Overall good communication with the shipper and admin team helped me with the status of the order as well. Shipping cost was fair as well. Overall satisfactied.
